Please don't let this guy touch your car !!! You recognize when a Technician makes his job, unfortunately, this person just learned to break and remove parts, look how he removes everything without technics and maybe lost some bolts, clips, or pieces. That Corolla is worth up $20,000. I'd prefer to make the job by myself and don't pay someone breaks my investment.

If you are going to remove plastic clips, use plastic tools too!!! You have scratched more plastic than the repair you think are doing.
