The judge committed a title 18 section 242 offense against me and I guess i need to file a police report?
What do you do when there is a retaliatory TRO and he is going to have your adult children who were also abused lie for him?
Is it got year ago violence from my partner and I have pictures can I charge the person because I got affectation from that person that make me unable to go scape from the situation before but actually I am more objective about and I realize i was already abused
Why would the prosecution not share 911 tape, or surveillance cameras video and audio of the incident? I was arrested for trespass on property I rent. The deputies are handling it as a domestic case,? Seems like Brady case, still no depositions. It's been 20 months....
It seems like this is in a different jurisdiction than I am in (no depositions in criminal cases in CA, but maybe there's a civil case here too), so keep in mind that this is not legal advice, and the law really does vary significantly from state to state, so it does matter.
Are you representing yourself? If so, that can make receiving discovery difficult, both because some information has to be redacted, at least in CA, and because the prosecution may ignore you/not take you seriously.
For the 911 tape, when this is not turned over, generally it seems to be due to laziness. (Hanlon's razor applies here... "never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by neglect, ignorance or incompetence.") In my experience, it's rare that the DA being slow to turn over the 911 tape means that it's a smoking gun. It usually means that the DA doesn't have it. The DA has to request it from the police, then the police might be slow or DA might be slow or forget, so the defense has to follow up until we get it.
For the surveillance cameras, did the police actually collect this? If so, then at least in CA, at 20 months (well before, usually), it's time to file a discovery motion to compel this being turned over.
Video Editing is too low 👎👎👎👎
Edit the video in a good style.
Add nice b-roll animation when you are speaking or explaining something. This will increase visualization.
Put proper subtitles, effects, transitions, and colors in the video.
Insert the B-Roll (footage and animation) very well because it is absolutely low in your video.
Do all this and then see how the video doesn't turn out good.
🍉
If someone says that video editing should be enhanced then I also vote "yes" 🍒
No, only they should take this decision. 🍅
You guys are saying this today, right?
I have been saying this for several weeks now that you should improve your video editing.
🥥
Video editing score = 200/100
😊🤣🤣🤣🤣🤩🤣🙃🙃🥳🥳🥴😄
Thanks for the feedback! I’ve actually wondered if it’s worth adding B-roll to these videos, so I’ll keep that in mind.
You
They Dnt really investigate they just take the other person side
When they arrived they arrested the person who was used, psychologically and emotionally abused, belittled, betrayed, conspired against and abandoned.
She walked away laughing about it.
I'm not ok with that.
