ive been a life long fitness nut...push up/dip bars are the best purchase i have made. i love push up to L sit. thats one of my regulars. kittie hug fitness got me into this kind of training. cant wait to add some of these moves.
I have been searching through parallettes videos for the past month because I love training you can get out of them. Even after that searching you have introduced me to new exercises.
Great video and great physique! I especially loved the part where there wasn't obnoxious music to distract us! How's your training going brother? God bless you ❤️🙏🏼
Mine came in today... Dont get me wrong those things are great but goddamn! I feel like a total noob as if I never trained in my life before had to swallow my pride and start at beginners it looks so goddamn easy... I asure you it aint as easy as it looks 😅
@@jamesryder9158 I am to big or to advanced for dips on my parallets but they are pretty low to the ground. I just really feel it in my core and the full body tention. definitely a must have for home Workouts
amazing. inspiring. What brand are you using and what can you recommend of palettes in terms of size and length/height and feet stable for a man on over 6 feet and 220 pounds. I love this stuff. I just started with my dip bars pallettes. But need these to move on.
I would recommend breaking this up into 5-8 exercises and doing 3-5 sets of anywhere from 5-15 reps depending on rate of exertion, difficulty level and what your goals are. This video is really more for ideas of different exercises. You should check out my other Pbar vids that are specifically set up as a workout. Hope that helps!
@@hybridfitnesstraining1228 Thank you very much! I can't do it at this moment, but would I find the other vids you reference right here on your channel? Thank you for sharing this quality material and have a great day!
These parallettes are about 24” long and 12” high. There are a few different Pbars that sit lower and some much higher. These are actually pretty good for beginners bc they’re not too low or high. The higher ones are easier to jump through or do L-sit/tuck sit etc. but harder for handstands bc of the distance off the ground. Hope that helps.
Here's a list for you lazy people : 1. Push-ups 2. Sphinx push-ups 3. Push-up w/ twist 4. Dips 5. Kick through bridge 6. Pike push-ups 7. Asstd inverted press w/ one leg 8. Kick through L-sit 9. Battering ram 10. Bent arm hold (one leg) 11. L-sit to bent arm hold 12. Tuck hold leg extensions 13. L-sit 14. Dive bomber push-ups (hindu) 15. High mountain climbers 16. Assisted bent arm planche 17. Crane 18. Crow (frogstand) 19. Crow w/ leg extensions 20. Plank dip (tiger bend push-up) 21. Donkey kicks (handstand kicks ...) Edit: yeah there's actually 21 exercises not 20 .
One of the only non-bullshit fitness videos I've found on youtube. Subscribed.
I appreciate that! No bullshit here, haha

Super helpful video. Appreciate it.
TOP. Ohne Blahblah und ohne nervigen Hintergrundlärm sauber ausgeführte Übungen zur Inspiration.
Find das Video auch super. Nur das Schnalzen seiner Gelenke ist sicher nicht besonders gesund.
Best video on parallettes

Still amazing in 2022!!!

Great video! I have a question, how high off the ground are your parallettes? Thanks
did you get an answer?
@@michaelalaskowski9586 no, but i bought a set or parallets that is 38cm high and works great for pushups and seated dips.
Thank you ! Any suggestions as to sets, reps, frequency?

How many reps and or sets do you do of each?
Hi man. What if my parallettes are not as tall as yours? Am I still going to do the same exercises?
wish we got quality paralettes in my country.
which parallette are the best?
That's it, I'm gonna get a pair of paralletes! Excellent video! What height would you say it's optimal for parallettes?
Same here
The height depends on which exercises you want to focus on the most...

To some degree yes, you are correct. I would recommend lower ones to start.
Start with lower ones like the ones I’m using. They’re from vita vibe. Rogue makes some good ones too but more expensive.
U saved time one video to go for parallettes for working men
