    Hey man! I bought a pair of Gornation Parallets but the low ones and was a bit limited because every excercise was super advanced but I saw your video and your excercises works perfectly with the low parallets i have. The excercise are super beginner friendly.

    Feel definitely stronger, with a better posture after those! I used wooden yoga blocks instead of parallettes (pike negative push-ups without blocks due to safety reasons, a bit unstable/ slippery on blocks in this pose). Greetings from Poland (:
