I love when Riva is making symbolic gestures with his hands and Troi catches on to the meanings right away...I've seen that episode lots of times and still most of it doesn't look to me like it means what she's saying...I would have been sitting there going "huh?" until he got frustrated and broke out a notepad or something
would have been easier if she would have been full betazoid, so she could just read his mind...

Looking at that scene with Majel! Oh, how I miss her! I forgot what a lovely mother she could be to Deanna when she was just her normal self.

No she doesn't have any children. The part of Ian was well cast yes, even the curly hair.

What episode is the GEORGEOUS strawberry blond with the beard from? I loved how his interpreter was dimissed after he spoke of some..intimate feelings he had..:to allow it to fill you". uh0huh? Deanna babe you know how he wants to communicate!! LOLL Just a wonderful scene!
