- Understanding the glass ceilings in the field of power sharing and exploring different perspectives An IAS officer who has proved that hard work can bring achievements in your life. All we need to do is focus on our talents and never lose hope. She has got supportive parents who have always been very encouraging for her. In developing countries like India where women are subservient to men this lioness has proved her power and determination through the field of social service.
This prudent IAS Officer was just 23 when she cracked the exam. She was able to crack the cse in her first attempt and got the post of IAS. She feels proud in making her dreams come true and her parents proud.
There are so many lessons that you can learn from this lady. She is a very keen observer and is always curious about anything and everything. She believes in giving her full efforts to whatever she does. This makes her inspire more and more people. Only few can actually distinguish true power from false power. Not being in power, (in your case executive position) is not something to be looked down upon. It can also mean not chasing the rat's race. True power is something innate - that which can't be taken away from you.😅
Thanks 😊 diii
