Mine came with the aluminium spacers and get great compression! Great the see the channel growing though ! Keep it up! 👍🏻

That makes more sense to why my seatpost was slipping, it wasn’t smooth but it has little diamonds on, hopefully the clamp they sent with my replacement frame won’t slip, they have sent the vertical slit one, I will build it soon when I’m home
Definitely a lot of carbon paste to help with added friction. My seatpost hasn’t moved at all with the old vertical style with carbon paste 👌 all the best on the rebuild!

Mine already had aluminium spacer for the steering wheel. Ordered mine beginning of October.

Seems Hygge only want to support youtubers. I've messaged them a number of time about buying the aluminium spacers and no response whatsoever. Worries me about ehat their customer service response will be of there is anything warranty related with my frame. 😢
Sorry to hear you haven’t gotten through to them yet. Have you tried every option to contact them? WhatsApp, Instagram, email and AliExpress?
