Assetto Corsa Formula Hybrid 23 at Spa | United Sim Co Motion Simulator

My 19yr old daughter driving the @RaceSimStudio Formula Hybrid 23 in the @euroracers_net server for the first time ever! No assists and with full motion! This is after 30 minutes of learning.

Fov needs some work. Move the monitors down and back. Middle of the monitors should align with your eyes. Then use the fov calculator to configure.

Yes I’m aware of the ideal site line. But you have to take into account that this is a full motion simulator so if I had my sim in a static simulator position to my monitors and stand I would be smashing into them. That said, my daughter is shorter than me but when I am in the sim, and you can see my other vids, I am looking right at the lower third section of the monitors. To accomplish this, I have a 200mm steering shaft so my Direct Drive is actually BEHIND the monitors and when my sim is at ride height, the bottom of the monitor sits perfectly between my wheel and base. The last thing to account for, this is a Formula based sim. We are not sitting strait up and down like a tradition sim GT position. If we were, then I would be at the middle if not slightly higher then the middle of the monitors. So all that said, when you take into account she’s only 5’5, the sim is a formula position, and it has full SFX100 motion system with 4 actuators, the FOV / POV is actually really strong.
