I think this gameplay has infinite value, it's really cool, very enthusiastic
This is the most dialed in settings I have seen from a Sim Racer, I have watched a few of these and they always seem like the AI pace is not unmanageable or too slow. Well done excellent stuff!!
Amazing setup and driving! I always keep the lap time (just for the delta in case of SC) and the mini map to see when the others pit, took me a while to get used to driving from the cockpit view but that's more enjoyable :)
I still remember installing and playing F199 25 years ago and thinking it cannot be any better.

Abs and Traction control are on too. But it's a great looking time in vr.. I only play with a wheel on xbox.. I too run cockpit. Was in a no-assists 100% all in cockpit view league for a while. Fun league races for sure.. unfortunately, it fizzled out..

Are you still using TrackIr? When I pull up my MFD in F1 23, Track Ir stops until I hide it again. F1 22 had no problem with this. Do you just turn off the MFD altogether? How do you know where you brake bias or Diff adjustment is set to? Thanks.

Do you experience any latency with the TrackIR? I tried head tracking through my webcam with Opentrack, and the movements work as I hoped, but it's too much latency for it to be a smooth experience, so looking for other options
Webcams and phones typically have a lot of lag. They aren't designed for realtime sync with a computer like the trackIR is.
track IR operates at 240hz, up to 230fps offering 24ms latency. Many webcams are betwen 200 and 300ms and have a significant delay.

Did you change the engine sounds or change some settings ? Because while watching other F1 23 videos they sound higher pitched but yours sound a lot better imo
There's an option that you can change in the audio settings (Cinematic / Broadcast / Driver)

How do you wheelspin for warming up the rear tyres on the end of the formation lap. I tried in F1 22 in practice but the only thing that happens if you put traction control of is that you spin around
When I disable on screen display it disables my radio too. Have you done anything different or know how to fix this issue? Thanks
Yeah, it happens to me too! So I have turn off each of the HUD elements separately in OSD Customisation menu.

That wheel snap when you almost ran into the back of the Mercedes at 1:11:36 made me jump out of my seat, and WTF? Verstappen driver of the day? that's not right.

If you go to audio settings you can switch between real, broadcast, and driver's sounds

I still cant believe 2060 can run on max graphics + VR
It's TrackIR not VR. Still uses your display. It's head tracking, so when you move your head, it does the same movement in game. Only you have a lot of control, So you can set it to multiply the angle of your head movements. 5 degrees of your head might translate to 15 degrees in the game, gives the impression of VR, lets you move your head in game without looking away from the monitor.

It's a shame the radio calls are so bad. They really break the immersion. I dont know why they always get this so wrong.
The bad voice acting is understandable but there's no excuse for the lines to be so bad if immersion is what they are going for. In what world does a race engineer tell a driver to watch for the lights while they are sat on the grid... waiting for the lights.
