    Totally agree NOT focusing on the symptoms and the 'why's' is the best way forwards...Use your energy to create small changes that are consistent and feeling grounded and knowing every little change is awesome and you are progressing...

    Hey dude awesome 30 day challenge. I'm committing 💪💯 I wanted to see if you could do a video on dealing with boredom from pacing. I have severe ME/CFS and my baseline is super low and in order to stay within it I have to rest in silence for 12+/- hrs a day... It's really hard to stay disciplined admittedly. Any tips? Would love to see a video. Thanks for your work bro 🍻

    My excruitiating muscle tenderness has been occurring since May 23. Rest increases increased muscle pain and significal reduction in muscle strength right across my body. Lisa 11:41 11:42

      There's a Facebook group called ME/CFS and the Covid vaccines. People are reporting how they've got on.
