If u dont know then u havent watched more then 45secs of realan videos. Its bloody simple. If u have cfs it means there is nothing physically wrong with u. Zero. Zip. Ur brain and cns is in red alert mode flight or fight and thats giving u the symptoms. Calm the cns down and symptoms go away real fast. Sometimes days. And ur off to normal life. Got it now? I dont have cfs or any symptoms and even i know this how in hell do YOU not know this and ur on this channel?

Raelan, i love what you said about something that resonates with you. I was thinking today about the fact that something that resonates with you and makes you happy is a big key component. When you are trying a recovery path you dont like, you arent calming the nervos system. On the flip side doing something you resonate with better calms the nervous system down.

After watching, it's still not 100% clear to me how Judith exactly approached her recovery.
I'm guessing that it was based on pacing, and gradually increasing activity while regulating her nervous system by cold therapy and meditation. Seems like she used the brain retraining program to influence her anxious thoughts but didn't do much NLP training like stop technique, or didn't use another brain retraining modalities (like somatic practices) of brain retraining much.
Would be great if Judith could share how she exactly approach brain retraining and how exactly her daily routine look like 🙏

Wait, I'm confused. She had a viral pneumonia with coughing and breathlessness in Oct 2020 and her immediate thought wasn't whether it was covid or take any covid tests? I find that totally mind boggling!! Almost like the pandemic never happened, so strange!

I am not sure, when its ok to start with cold baths/ showers. I do fear it could be too much for my nervous system
