And what if we dont want hotel or mess they will give us discount?
All these types of programs are classroom, when you complete it and join Branch you will be asked for sales whether Retail or wholesale...even if you are in branch ops your rating will be based on sales...if you opt for back end like CPU etc your growth will be affected you suffer...
At branch level if your are not doing sales which is not taught in these programs you cannot survive for more than 3 months because in branches only numbers no guidance.......This may appear Harsh but it is reality

There no such bonds or agreements. But sometimes it depends on the bank. For these 3 banks usually there’s no bonds.
Every domain has its own benefits and challenges. So telling a best one is difficult. It’s all about the capabilities of the employee who performs best on their fields.
If you apply directly, then there are chances that you’ll get your preferred location.

Hi Bikahsa,
I would suggest you to try cracking government banks first and then decide to choose these programs.
And these programs are supported by banks only. So whatever jobs you’ll do, will be on-roll.
After successful completion, candidates will be in probation period and after certain months (usually 6 months), they will be accepted as permanent.
Make your decision wisely.

11th feb ko interview huya tha and 15th ko selection mail a gya tha and finally got the offer letter on 22nd feb.
