Bro don’t demotivate people by not choosing any kind of job you don’t know for how many people this could be a dream job and by saying that you are suggesting try for govt job and doing CA or something like that but thier is too much competition and if a person got aged and didnt got any opportunities then wht he will do nor he will able to fit in this profiles nor he is able to fight for competition exams and as a MBA student i wanna say i just got selected as a Assistant manager in idbi and in comparison of packages i chose this field because if start is that good then final result of the carrier will be fabulous all we need is hard work thankyou❤

Idbi aaj pvt bank hai. Kl govt bank tha. Kya pta aaj koi govt bank join kiya. Kl pvt ho jaye. Idbi bank is indirectly govt bank because lic onwed 51% and govt onwed 45% . Idbi bank me pay scale milta hai bhai employees ko iba k anusar. Aap jo hdfc ICICI ka compare kar rahe ho idbi se ye tho wahi baat ho gayi jaise suraj earth me compare. There were a lot of facts which were wrongly depicted or which I'd like to clarify:
1. IDBI is a semi-private bank. More than 90% of stake is owned by GOI and LIC together. It is in the process of being fully privatized. However, there is a possibility that it may also be merged with a Public Sector Bank.
2. In-hand salary for JAM would be in the range of approx 35-45k. Also, the perks offered to other officers may not be given since the salary is not in accordance with IBA structure.
3. Regarding the reimbursement, there is a clause that you have to have atleast PG-3 rating in those 3 years of service for being eligible.
4. Fast track promotion has been done away with. You may require more than 3 years for promotion.
5. Your work profile will include sales and marketing. You will have to sell LIC policies and source Accounts.
6. Also, despite its drawbacks, it is definitely better than private banks.
Is it Sustainable To Do the Work in metro City with 45/50 K rs Salary .. ?? What about the Yearly Increment they mentioned .. ?? 🤔🤔

Actually I am preparing for PSBs and last year written 4 mains and this year I filled this executive just for practice and I cleared in waiting list.
Isme in-hand salary 26k mil rhi h first year me with no other allowances and there is no bond also . So whether it is worth joining?
Because abhi aur bhi exams lined up h ibps ke aur SBI ke , 7 ko ibps clerk mains bhi h isliye thoda pareshan hu ki join Karu ya na karu kyuki padhne ka time nhi milta sab yhi kahte h work bahut h isme .
But ha ye ek opportunity bhi h kyuki isme 3 saal baad assistant manager bana dete h Jo ki sbi po ya ibps po ki salary deta h .

I'm a fresher, and I'm looking forward to build my career in banking. And so on I'm planning to do do MBA (ODL mode) from NMIMS Mumbai. Is mba odl mode really helpful, does it will pay me good a career ahead, do banks recognises the online mba and whether banks will pay me with a good and decent CTC.

To be very honest, NMIMS is a good brand, but doing MBA in ODL mode may not give it a value in terms of peer to peer experience.
But if you learn some more extra skills for whichever domain you want to build your career in, then it will be a cherry on top.
Focus on building extra skills which any degree doesn’t cover.

If you are leaving during the course, then it will be a loss only. Qki tumne pehle se fee pay kiya hua h or loan liya h to or v mushkil h..
Program drop karne k liye koi procedure ni hoga.. You can directly approach them.
Lekin tumne agar program me enroll kar liya h to continue and finish it.. Don't leave after joining.

If IDBI is a total private Bank then there will be no reservations in post have seen any reservation in ICICI or any other private Banks.
Just asking why is it giving 3.5% interest rate on savings account unlike the public sector banks which provide just 2.7% or 2.5%?

And the salary structure of IDBI is way better than the top class pvt banks.

Getting 60k(53k+6.5kallowances) in hand plus 7500 lease. And i really don’t feel any pressure here
