Mai toh chor raha hu icici because of this village.Kahi bhi jau yaha ke log bm ko Bata dete hai, kabhi chutti lu toh road pe puchte hai aaj chutti hai kya ,Train par jau leave lekar ghar jau toh puchte hai aaj bank band hai kya.Bank thik hai par apne room keliye Saman liya toh woh bhi BM ko Bata diya jab client visit ka time tha.No personal life for me in this village.Yeah alag baat hai ki BM isko ignore karta hai kyuki usko mere personal life sae koi matlab nhi hai

People Used to work for 8-10 hours before as well I have seen my parents working. If you want to clear any competitive exam you will have to sit for 8-10 hours in a generation where everyone is seeking jobs and cut throat competition nothing is going to be presented to you on Plate. Get out of the no working mentality. Join any field which you love but you will need to work hard to achieve best results in that.

I myself work in bank, specially in sales and marketing domain. There are lot of things that I have not said about in this video, if anybody listens then they might have to think twice before making any decision.
I have heard such bad experiences which I can’t tell publicly.
Don’t just look anything from 1 angle, many other factors matters a lot.
Today’s youth is not like that who thinks to get served without hard work. But they have understood this Rat Race and trying to building great things.
Come out from this old generation thoughts. India is growing in all verticals.
And Obviously you’re correct, if you love your work, you’ll do it faithfully and put all your hard work.

Private companies aise hi chalti h, isiliye aapko complaints karne ki zarurat ni h..
Waqt aane pe sab thik ho jaaega.. or waise v 5 Days banking aane k baad work time aisa hi ho sakta h.. Just hope for the best 🤞🏻

In a country like India where some CZcamsrs pretend to be worrying too much about unemployment yet at the same time keep finding flaws in the existing few areas that can offer jobs.

I don’t just pretend to be worrying, but I’m worried after listening to all of those who can’t raise their voice. My social media is flooded with such messages about what has happened with all of them. And it’s not just about banking, but every other industry.
And if I’m the one standing and raising my voice on behalf of them, then I’m proud to do so.
