Form 2 November ko fill kiya, Exam credentials ka mail 3 November ko aaya, 5 November ko exam diya, 7 November ko without interview offer letter aagya, jaise ki bohot logo ke saath hua hai idhar bhi, comment section me dikh raha hai. To fir counsellor ke saath baat karne ke baad unhone ye bataya ki jinka exceptional score hai like 85% or above unke liye interview skip kardiya hai. Fir fee structure ka bhi bataya unhone ki aap 1L NEFT filhaal kar sakte hai, aur bakike jo bhi fees hai wo jab aap reporting karenge Manipal Academy me tab kiya tobhi chalega. So Jo bhi Enroll karne ka soach rahe hai kar sakte hai, Aap ek baar apne counsellor ko puch ke dekhiye kyuki mujhe mere wale ne yahi bataya hai. Mera Wholesale banking operations me hogaya hai selection. Aur bohot bohot thank you Gourav bhaiya program ke bare me detail information dene ke liye. Kuch to aya sales ke alava. But I cleared IBPS PO pre, Today I gave SBI PO pre with good attempts and my IBPS PO MAINS is scheduled tomorrow. Now I'm not so confident for the mains and I'm confused What will be better going for this axis bank program or giving one more year for IBPS PO & SBI PO. Update: I have cleared IBPS PO. As on this comment I have said that I'm not so confident but still I have scored 17.5 marks above the cutoff. It proves that sometimes we think so much, but if we do our work without thinking what will happen that always works for us. Believing in yourself is the most important thing.
Loan benifit is a part of your CTC structure. If anyone wants to take loan from the bank, then they can take Upto given amount, with less interest rates compare to normal market rate. But if someone doesn’t need it, then it won’t be encashed. Simply means, you’ll not get this amount as your salary/income.

According to me banking operations. In young bankers program you have to complete targets very hectic. It's all on your skills and capabilities.
