I came from NIIT PGDBRM Batch 5 from Priority Banking Program . One of the worst worst career choice . Completely sales like a sales boy . Grade is just for sake .. Huge pressure and un imaginary target . Never go for this
It's not underrated worst program ever . Priority banking means you have to focus on high net worth individuals (HNI) and to sell high end bank products . Pure sales profile with huge amount of targets . All the HNI persons always have accounts with multiple banks. You need to provide those wealthy bank customers priority services to source bussines for you bank . Not at all a sitting job as sales target is very high and due to tremendous sales target you have to visit various customers and how hard you may try they always set target so high noone can't achieve. Very greedy and poor work culture bank which treated it's employees like slaves .
I had joined Axis previously through ABYP program and wasted my 4 lakh rupees. Only thing I got is very ill treatment,depression and humiliation. Left this job and prepared for government services and finally able to cracked a central government job . But still the memories of those traumatising days are still very fresh in my mind .
Hi, can you please tell more about the job profile and can you share something regarding the similar courses in different banks like icici po program and hdfc young bankers program like where do we get the job posting, can we get it in home city, working hours, do we have to work after logging off, behaviour of seniors, how many people leave or continue after an year or two?
@@AnrichPosting Attrition rate is very high in all private banks . Better don't join any course directly apply for same jobs go and attend the interview . Visit banks in your locality meet the Branch head and ask them I want to apply for your bank and ask/request them to refer your resume to them HR. Preapre your resume accordingly and convey them you are good at sales and can source busianes for the branch . Good and have a conservation with the others members of the bank . Visit all the private banks in your locality.

HDFC takes full time graduates only, whereas ICICI takes both full time as well as distance learning graduates. But both of them take only when you are graduated fully. Final year semester results also works. All the best
