    VIDEO INTRODUCTION:
    Hi everybody,
The Paris Olympics are currently taking the world by storm.
US viewership of only the opening ceremony saw a total of 41.5 million viewers, India is expected to see 150 million viewers on JioCinema alone and India is winning a medal every single week!!!
And India is winning medal after medal in the Paris olympics!!
And amongst this hype, Nita Ambani, announced India's interest in hosting the Summer Olympics in 2036. Now this seems like an insane move right?? We could host one of the biggest events in the world, millions of tourists would flock to India, India would become the epicentre enter of global attention, tourism would increase, we would make millions of dollars and the entire world would witness the grand Indian growth story right??
Well not really!! Because you know the Olympics are an economic disaster!! You don't believe me look at this, While Beijing’s 2008 Summer Olympics cost over $40 billion it generated only $3.6 billion in revenue!! While Vancouver’s Winter Games in 2010 cost $7.6 billion, it generated only $2.8 billion. And London’s Summer Games in 2012 cost $18 billion but only generated $5.2 billion in revenue!! So with each olympics, the host country bleeds with billion dollars in losses!!
    So the question is,
How can such a grand world event become a loss making venture?
Why is there such a false hype around the economics of olympics?
And most importantly, even with so much losses, why do nations still spend billions to host the olympics?

The beginning of the video tells us about the advantages of hosting the Olympics . . And suddenly when it comes to India hosting . . It is disadvantageous??? Every country has socioeconomic challenges . . Including the USA . . Hosting the Olympics will definitely put India on the global stage . . Just the way the 1936 Olympics did for Germany as mentioned in the video . . And I have been watching Think school vlog, the content and the approach has changed a little post the election results . . 🤔🤔🤔🤔

A war-torn country like Ukraine has won 11 medals ,and ranked at 18 with 3 gold medals...Jara socho kya moral rahi hogi unki athletes ke upar, they have sacrificed many athletes in the war...Still see their sportsmanship and patriotism.... See from this perspective, you have to accept that our athletes lack responsibility and patriotism and never give up attitude. The way they have performed in this Olympics, specially the badminton players was truly disappointing. I completely agree with the statement given by Prakash Padukone sir.....Lakshya jeeta hua matches haara , full of carelessness , 7-8 points lead mein rehte hue , aur match ko apni control mein rakhne ke bawajood bhi, kaise hara that's unbelievable , woh bhi back to back 2 matches mein... Cricket mein aisa hota toh match fixing, choker etc tag lag jaata.....But surprisingly , some players like Ashwini ponappa and Saina Nehwal are also complaining over something in this regard and trending in social media.... Cricket aur Bumrah ko beech mein laa rahe hai , this is totally unacceptable......Desh mein log cricket se jyada Badminton khelte hai , almost every city, town , village mein badminton courts ka hona common si baat hai, bade bade cities mein Badminton academies bhi hai ......So , Jaise cricketers aksar gaali sunte hai for poor performances, Badminton players ko bhi sun na hi padegaa....Baat agar paison ki hai , then Near about 500 crores has been spent on this contingent...... 4th position is unacceptable,ya toh 1-2-3 Bano ya out ho jaao.... 7-8 players ended up at 4th spot surprisingly ,....which shows how they had choked irresponsibly at crucial stages.... Ukraine ke khiladiyon ko dekho , hum se jyada unki condition aur kharab hai, still they are performing and won 11 medals for their country with 3 Golds.

Please include all the data points in a given range to prove a point. This just looks like data is cherry picked to prove a narrative.

India is indeed like what its tourism slogan says, “Incredible India.” According to the global hunger index ranking among 125 countries, India ranks 111th from the bottom and is in severe hunger. Many ordinary people at the bottom in India can’t even have enough to eat. With such strength (failing to win a single gold medal on the Paris medal tally) and such national conditions, it still keeps thinking about hosting a high-end sports Olympics every day?

This is shameful, should be a major global embarrassment and something needs to be done immediately, there needs to be grassroots establishment of sports immediately and children need to be encouraged. Sports people earn vast fortunes, far more than most engineers and doctors which most Indian parents force their kids into. If needed we can host different games in different cities like we do in IPL games.
In this way we need not to build a new stadium, players will directly go to their stadium as planned. We can use our existing security measures to not to spend on more security.

@@kunti_putra india can also do that, do u know how 😏 by hosting it in kolkata which has the best infrastructure for sports in india with multiple stadiums and grounds for all the football and sports clubs as well as swimming clubs, they will save a lot of money just like under 18 fifa worldcup plus closeness to odisha and northeast both athlete capitals . But someone at centre will not allow it 😂 and force it to be held in ahmedabad or surat in cities with abysmal sports infrastructure by spending a lot on building new stadiums.
