Thanks for the video… can you hear the app on the midi keyboard?

I am not sure what you mean. If you play the MIDI keyboard, the sound will come from the app.

What if I want to use a 2nd keyboard as a midi controller for a different virtual instrument? Can I run 2 widi masters on different channels?

You can pair multiple WIDI devices to mac devices and route them via an additional MIDI routing app like AUM or MIDI MTTR. You can also create wireless MIDI groups with up to 5 WIDI devices. For this you will need an extra WIDI Uhost or WIDI Bud Pro for your iOS device: www.cme-pro.com/sneak-peek-widi-group-auto-learn-early-firmware-test/

    Hi Mr. K,
    I've a Yamaha P-90.
I want it to play through apps on my 2017 ipad pro which will in-turn be enabled as an audio instrument via its usb-c connection my Imac.
What widi setup do i need to facilitate this?
    Thanks :)

Thanks for reaching out. I am not sure if I entirely understand your setup. I guess you have three devices: P90, iPad and iMac.
If you want to control both your iPad and iMac from your P90 wirelessly via MIDI, you will need three WIDI devices and create a WIDI group.
Assuming your P90 has standard 5-pin DIN MIDI ports you are good with WIDI Master.
For your iPad and iMac, it is recommended to use 2x WIDI Uhost and bypass the limitations of the built-in Bluetooth.
If you want to wirelessly connect your P90 with your iPad, the most budget friendly solution is WIDI Master or WIDI Jack for your P90 and connect that with the built-in Bluetooth of your iPad.
Hope this helps already 🙏 more details in this blog: www.cme-pro.com/widi-which-device-will-you-connect/

@@CMEPro Hi, my iPad is connected to my IMac via usb-c and is enabled as an audio instrument.
I want to send a Widi signal from my P90 to the iPad so it’s the remote controller to the iPad, which will then ideally be read by the imac. From the sounds of it I need the Widi Jack which I’ve ordered today; will let you know how I get on, thanks!

If you pair your keyboard wirelessly with your iPad via WIDI, you will play the sounds from your iPad. So, plug in your headphones into your iPads audio port and you are good to go 💙🙏

I think there is a bug with SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S7+ SM-T970...still can't connect with simply piano even it shows connected inside WIDI apps...

There is no need to connect to WIDI app to make connection with your music app.
Did you connect via BLE MIDI Connect app?
Did you update your WIDIs to the latest firnware?
Did you try to remove the Bluetooth cache of your Samsung device? www.cme-pro.com/easy-fix-for-widi-app-and-firmware-update/

Sorry you feel this way. WIDI App is only for updating firmware and personalise settings of your WIDI device. It can run on iOS and Android, basically covering the majority of mobile devices available.
This is different compared to wirelessly connecting to Windows via Bluetooth. This can be done by following the online start guide: www.cme-pro.com/widi-master-start-guide-bluetooth-midi/#tve-jump-1834ac15cc6
Hope this helps a tiny bit 😊🙏
