Today’s recipe is the best Chicken Fry in the world!!! This is my go to recipe whenever I’m in the mood for Chicken Fry. It’s the perfect combo for Porotta, Appam, ghee rice and what not. It is spicy, crunchy, flavourful and so so yum!

Chicken 1 kg
Ginger Garlic paste 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder 3 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Fennel seeds/ Saunf 3 tbsp
Red chilli flakes 3 tbsp
Rice flour 3 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 5-6 sprigs
Lemon juice 1 medium
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Green Chilli 5-6 medium
Coconut Oil as needed
