10 minute Cardio Warm Up Workout // Low Impact Exercises for Seniors & Beginners

  • This quick 10 minute cardio workout is great to do anytime on its own, or to serve as a warm up for the rest of your workout. There are 10 easy to follow exercises that are each completed for 1 minute. All moves are low impact and will increase your heart rate and warm up your muscles.
    To decrease the intensity you can always just do the legs, and omit the arms. If you would like to increase the intensity you can add a little hop and/or perform the exercises at a faster pace.

You do these exercises at just the perfect pace so that I can keep up while making sure that I am still doing the exercises correctly.     A wonderful cardio workout that gets the heartrate up in no time. Great when you're short on time to do alone or as a warm up with another workout. I paired this with your Energizing Cardio Pilates Inspired Low Impact Workout which was very deceptive but very effective and fun one. I loved both of these! Thanks Lauren!

    I'm an 80 year old male who's looking forward to mixing and matching these 10 minute workouts. Twenty minute wookouts seems to be my maximum at the moment.

    ❤❤❤ super like. As usual, like all Laren videos, this one does not disappoint. Im 38 years old and i find the work out challenging enough but not frustrating. Feels good after finishing it. Laren’s cardio strength dumbbells weights mix are my go to videos. The pacing is just right. :) thank you again for this video.

    I did alot of 10 min exercise video's today Thanks for mentioning the modifications for leg exercises I'm having shoulder pain but standing up doing the exercises enabled me to do them

    This has officially become my everyday video. I have anxiety and am starting to do cardio to get my heart strengthened. This is so heart pumping for me, but not overwhelming and I love it. I also love the lady in the video, she's so sweet and helps keep you motivated through it. :)

    The very last move - is painful on my left side. Any advice what muscles are causing that? Only that move specifically recreates the pain. I love your channel. It's safe and effective.

      It's actually the same move you asked about in your other comment Lori. You are using your inner thigh to pick the leg up, but you are rotating it externally. If you have any hip issues or maybe some arthritis in your hip that may causing you some discomfort . Keep the move smaller. If you have concerns you should address them with your doctor.

    Your exercising is good as well as the music but you need to exercise in time to the music. Music helps drive energy but not when the music is ambient.
