I moved to Norway when i was 12 years old, growing up in Tanzania as a child, we had (uji wa ulezi) ragi pourage every day. Now I make the same pourage for myself and my children every morning. My 5 year's old is foods sceptical, ragi pourage is the only thing he's not sceptical to. And it's one of the few foods he requests when asked. Here in Norway it's sometimes had to purchase ragi flour, especially during the pandemic. When I find ragi at the shops I usually grab more packages than I can carry 😂 like if there is a food crisis.

As soon as I saw this video I took out the millets that I brought a while ago we had millet Dosa last night for dinner and our family relished it! Took this while to try ragi Dosa and it will be one of our dishes we will have frequently! Save Soil everyone by incorporating these small changes in your lifestyle! My mouth was watering seeing, I always wanted him to make recipes, Can you make some sweet dish out of ragi, barley and jowar. Using Milk, honey, jaggery and sesame, butter, coconut and any thing else you know of that could be added. I love it when he makes dishes.

If you rub raw onion dipped in oil on iron hot tawa ( cut onion sticka skewer dip it in the oil and rub on hot tawa... Ragi requires high flame...
Then wipe of the extra oil. And spread a dosa..)
. The dosa wont stick It comes off v easily.. My ajji, amma used to do this..
I do this always. And it always comes perfectly...

You can have millet in the night but it not all types of millet...cos some takes time to digest ..so please do study about the millet you want to consume , learn how to cook it and then consume it . Stay healthy!!
