6 months after my discard she showed up at my door. She wanted my 10 minutes. I rejected it. Then she showed fury! Started blabbering and accused me of bank fraud 😂 with no proof to back it up. I did not react. I summoned my landlord to ask her to leave. She left threatening repercussions. I’m still waiting. If I had reacted then I would’ve given her supply.

You did a video on rejection sensativity. Lack of reaction. Soon indifference. You focus on you. No response to stupid things. You can work on your triggers to lessen then. You can do the opposite of how you used to act.leave them alone. Detach emotioally to the extent you can. Don't react don't engage.

The narcissist is easy to defeat,let me explain.They calculate their plan, they then execute said plan.The unsuspecting person in the relationship with them needs to employ counter intelligence.The definition of which is not revenge, it is simply taking on the narcissistic person and using your intelligence to counter their plan.Leave them without a word ever being spoken, block them from any sort of communication.Turn your heartache and betrayal into rage which equates to motivation.Turn your back them,forgive them,yes you read that right,forgive them because nothing will annoy them more than that😉

It's been several months since i walked away from my covert narcissist. I still feel some emotional pain but i think to myself....imagine how much pain i'd be feeling if i was still with her? Still being oblivious to her games? I truly wonder if calling her out on her narcissism, manipulation and compulsive lies caused her narcissistic injury? Great video, there is nothing like a perfect marriage or relationship, I learnt that in everything there is always a solution, 5 years ago I and my wife divorced because we were having some difficulties in our marriage but we are back together ,it was a really bad phase but we got through it...
there is a lot of sense in what you just said and I hope mine works the same way too, we are currently separated but I cant live without her, I love her so much. wish I can get her back I can do anything to have her back, we have tried therapy amongst other things
its always difficult to let someone you love go, but in my case I had the help of a spiritual adviser who saved my marriage from collapsing her name is SHELLY RENEE WHITE.

If it weren't for my best friend and these videos i probably would've snapped at some point since her last round of messing with me. Its good to put terms and names to her behaviour. Still healing but being aware is helping a lot.

She was always working and had body dysmorphia and I was walking on eggshells with her it only lasted 5 months No sex she punched the wall in her job spends hundreds every week on clothes and comes from a terrible background all the kids and her were in care and gos crazy for nothing also always breaking promises after she discarded me I let her have it sent her loads of Narcissistic videos she was always doing her eyebrows she had every symptom the rage I treated her better than my own
she was 13 years younger than me I’m so glad I found these videos

She told me after coming back to the relationship for a couple months and wreaking havoc and then monkey branched with a client to have a roof over her head that she was on a “healing journey “ WTF? I didn’t know about these people at the time and after researching her behavior and what she did to me tells me self aware and way more dangerous than I ever imagined

I'm in mediation now trying to get more access to my children. The quite and unassuming wife turned into a monster once she got what she wanted. She won't give an inch in mediation, next step court.

Hi Anoushka , congratulations and good luck in what you are doing for those who have been through relationships with pathological narcissists, i want to ask if you want to address a topic closely related to relationships with narcissists especially after divorce, they apply alienation parental where please explain to us how one can communicate with the narcissistic parent for the good of the child because the narcissistic parent does not in any way want a natural and healthy connection between the child and the parent he alienates by turning the child against the empathetic and loving parent.
Please explain to us if there are ways in which we could help with guidance the child who spends most of the time with the narcissistic parent, how can a child go through childhood with the narcissistic parent more easily? thank you with great gratitude❤
Maybe it is a good idea to say from time to time that you are going with them - this will shock them ! Oh also out of the blue go out to somewhere with someone or alone.

My Narcissist mother tried to force slippers onto my dying fathers swollen feet just because she wanted to go out for a drive in his mobility car, i was his career and driver when i told her to stop and was being filmed she went crazy throwing the camera against the wall then started on me, stating no one tells me what to do, 7 years after both parents passed away i still suffer from flash backs from her behaviour toward myself growing up into adulthood.

so what do you do when they send their flying monkeys around asking questions? ie: sending you an email thru a flying monkey that they haven't heard from this person and they know you are their friend, how are they doing? does one just Not respond to the email?
Block, block block. Screen shot as appropriate if emails are threatening. Could be of use if police involved at any stage. Flying monkeys eventually get bored. No contact is exactly that...thats how you take back your power. This means leave social media to protect yourself if necessary. Focus on you, no peeking on social media. Look after yourself, be with real friends and family. As soon as you go no contact, block block block....you have won! Build those boundaries and look forward to the future where all the pain, toxic behaviour.....is gone. Its wonderful on the other side....post narc. One day at a time, claim back your space, your life and heal. You will be surprised down the line how strong you are and how much happier.❤ This channel was a godsend to me when I was suffering from narc issues. Good people here will connect with you and it helps the healing process. You have done nothing wrong...narcs brainwash you it's all your fault. It's not. Treat yourself like gold, cos that's what you are)❤

Getting revenge makes you no better than them. We broke up over her disgusting behaviour. We had a big chat about changing and making it better. At that piunt i had no clue. We got back together but she had me back to get me back.
The final discard was the worse thing ive ever gone through. She found out i was looking at these videos and flipped. Had a public meltdown. And smeared me.
Did i play a part, hell yeah, course i did, and i dont care. A narc is a narc. Now, 2 months later, life is being kind to me. She has very recently smeared me again on her socials. This time, you wont get a peep from me. I honestly do not care. Is boring. If thats what she wants to do then crack on. You do you and I'll do me. Her current smear holds no substance. If her circle wants to believe then good on them. Shes blocked and deleted on everything so i honestly couldnt care less. Life is good. I lost an awful lot on that final discard. 3 months later ive got everything back, only its better. The only "thing" missing is the "thing" i do not want.
