Thankfully she is doing much better! I wish she would’ve shared some of the actual things she did so that even a person listening, could do one or two of the things at home and see if it helped them.

Been having issues for about 4 years now. Even a little bump on my head now, messes me up for a while.
Always trying to find ways to get better, been struggling a bit the past little bit.
Even when I get sick / get a cold. It makes my head feel like I’m in outer space

@@jasonallen7993 Yea you aren’t alone bro. I have good days, but life is definitely day to day on how I feel.
I try to just “push away” the anxiety, and I’ve learnt how to deal with it a lot better these days.
      But it’s always there, it’s 24/7

same, where every little bump brings back the symptoms. has anything worked for you? I've tried a few meds and a few doctors but no help. Been over 6 years

@@basketballprodigy12 4 years for me. Been on 5 different seizure meds and nothing has worked. I’m on an injectable migraine med now (4 months) and it doesn’t work either. Cannabis has been the only thing that helps. It helps calm the anxiety before it gets out of hand.

@technodatuner It’s just easier now to bring back the symptoms.
What really helped me out, a technique I got from the concussion clinic here in Kelowna.
You look at a spot on the wall and you shake your head like you’re saying No.
Shake it lightly side to side over and over while focusing on a spot on the wall.
It slowly builds strength up in my brain to be able to focus more.
Takes time, but it worked for me.
      Meditation as well really helps.
Taking meds isn’t the way to go though.
That’s only going to create other issues.
I find you just have to be careful and find what works for you and stick with that.
You will slowly get better, but this is a long road ahead, it’s not a sprint.
Take time to heal the Brain.
Find what makes you calm and relaxed and do that a lot to help with the anxiety

Hi, I am a single mom of two young children too. I am struggling to return to work. It's been 8 months. What have you been able to find for work that you're capable of doing? All computer screens are a big no for me. I am in vision therapy and have glasses that help. It's the possibility that I can't return to work that's killing me.

Ive been struggling since around the time this Video was uploaded. However in my case I haven't had any problems with my vison, ive been mainly having problems with nausea and basically a constant headache. Like I get motion sick sometimes even looking down. But I've been managing quite well so far and haven't really had to give up anything in my life in the long run. I've tried doing physical therapy to cure it, but it just made me feel so sick that I stopped doing that.

my PCS was extremely mild until i got ill 2 months ago. now, screen time makes my frontal lobe feel like it's trying to inflate like a balloon and fly away, then it begins to feel reeeally wrong. not necessarily painful but just... wrong.
as a programmer well I guess I'm shit out of luck. scraping by in my current easy job but I already handed in notice to them start a much tougher job in 2 months... as it stands, there is zero chance i will be able to do it

Hi, please if you have spare time can you evaluate (1st impact) "sustained an impact to the right side of my head while riding in an auto-rickshaw en route to school. The road we were traversing was uneven and in poor condition. Feeling fatigued, I had relaxed my neck muscles and was dozing off inside the moving vehicle. Suddenly, as the auto crossed over a ditch in the road, there was an intense jolt. Since I was seated on the side of the auto closest to the ditch, the vehicle tilted sharply down on my side when the wheel dipped into the depression. With my neck loose and head unrestrained, the tilting action caused my head to involuntarily whip toward the right side. At that same moment, as the wheel emerged out from the ditch, the auto leveled out again. However, this rapid straightening motion led the metal bar framework on my side to forcefully strike the right side of my head. The entire sequence transpired rapidly, lasting only around 0.6 seconds by my estimate. The collision was forceful enough to accelerate my head significantly to the left In the aftermath." And another 3 days after the first incidence (2nd impact) " I was crossing the road in zebra crossing but I don't see red light so I was crossing the road and the biker man with 3 riders was approaching me, collided from the right hand side in the back wheel laterally the hit in the back wheel caused the tube blob out of the tire and burst, also it deform and caused my wheel to bent , now since the hit caused my body to lurch on left side and my head whips to the left and also i feel a sensation of warmth in my left head which gone after 30 min " I HAAVE IMPACT ON SAME SIDE , SIR ACTUALLY AFTER THOSE TWO INCIDENCE I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY FINDING RIGHT WORDS ,FORGETFULLNESS AND TROUBLE SPEAKING AND ITS NOT GOING FOR 1.5 month , DID I lose neuron ? sir can you please evaluate ?

i did not have severe enough symptoms of this after i was assaulted twice in 2020 to be diagnosed with this on paper. its like baseball players getting hit in the helmet with a one hundred mile an hour fastball. or a quaterback getting hit in the head in football and going on concussion protocol but its not official since 1/2016 before the election of 2016 in november someone wants my memory to be affected since then. i wonder why? am i victim a witness or an innocent bystander or a witness against a bunch of political people and their sex partners at hotels since 2016 and convention centers since 2016 and against security companies and police officers and religious cults and ex coworkers.
