How about this:
Either fix the captions, or get rid of them entirely. Getting real sick n tired of captions not matching the videos. Example, there was no red Mazda in the first clip. There was however a loose n running tire.
Why tf would you put in the video of the deer getting splattered?! I don't wanna see that crap
The description of the first clip does not match the video
A common theme here.

@@gingerman5123 I’m not sure how insurance works in the states, but in Canada insurance is mandatory, and the minimum liability is 1 million, you can opt for more.
So you’re never extensively financially crippled by accidents or acts of intense stupidity.
I’d also like to point out at the very beginning of the clip he had already maneuvered around a safety truck before slamming into the second one. He could have potentially, in his asinine entitlement, ran over construction workers working in the safety zone between both trucks.
I’ve also seen this happen first hand, but the person was simply not looking at the road and drove right into the back of one of those safety trucks without even noticing it was there.
8:54 The idiot trying to pass should have thought about his OWN safety. Don't play with a truck that can crush your car and keep on going.
8:49 no the one in the wrong is the driver who just has to be in front at all cost. The driver is the one responsible for merging and doing so in a safe manner. Instead it's I must be first and or in front at all costs. By "just letting him in" you enforce the bad behavior instead of saying nope not today, we don't always get our way. And it's not like the drivers didn't know way back that they would need to merge. They are the ones who will cause traffic and other issues with their selfish narcissistic I'm better than everyone attitudes....

8:55 NO! The trucker is NOT wrong. He may have been inconsiderate, but there is NO law anywhere that says he has to yield or submit to a vehicle trying to take over HIS place on the road. The driver of the car was 100% in the wrong for not yielding to traffic already occupying the lane.
Yep. But when the car takes your tyres out and eats a few hours of the day...
@@tcpnetworksSo, you've never seen what a trucks wheel lugs can do to a (stupid) 4 wheelers doors, eh?
The law does state you are supposed to drive with safety of yourself and others in mind. Intentionally causing an accident when simply letting off the throttle would resolve issues IS against the law. Trucker should have been cited. Had plenty of time to allow traffic to merge safety and insisted on putting all drivers involved AND highway workers in danger for no benefit.
@@gen157 There is no law stating that you are required to give in to someone trying to make an unsafe lane change when you already have possession of the lane. The clown in the car was in the wrong from the moment that he passed the first barrel indicating that the lane was closed.

8:24 That is NOT THE PROBLEM OF THE TRUCKER...AT ALL. They saw the lane was ending, and REFUSED TO FALL BACK. You are supposed to do what is safe. The driver of the car WAS NOT DRIVING SAFE. 100% the problem/fault of the driver of the car. I would not have been as nice as the trucker.
If I was his employer, I would explain to the trucker that his objective is to get the cargo to its destination safely and on time, not to waste company time "teach lessons" to bad behaving motorists.
Trucker not in the wrong.. channel storyline writer needs to shut her pie hole
This trucker skipped the CDL class that declared that truck drivers are to be at least four seconds behind the moving vehicle in front of them.
@@craigmcpherson1455 If I was the trucker's boss, I would not be an invertebrate and 100% back them up...because the trucker is in the right. The trucker is doing their job CORRECTLY. You don't punish people for doing their job right. That's one of the biggest things wrong in this nation.
@@declamatory Fair enough. If this trucker was supposed to be four seconds behind the car in front of them, what would happen? Don't bother answering, I will. Every impatient D.A. would be trying to cram in front of the truck, to the point where the semi would be forced to stop. Now you tell the whole world what good that 4 seconds does in this situation. You can't, but I will wait.
0:00 #1 I had no idea silver Celicas were so small... and round... and black... and rolled exactly the way a tire does!
1:14 that isn't a barrier, that is a specifically designed truck with a crumple zone attached to the back to help keep highway workers safe. And yet when a driver can see the flashing signs they still have to be selfish and ruin multiple people's day by causing a major crash.
0:10 just me? Or is the description very wrong for this section of the video?
#25 SEMI DRIVER WAS IN HIS LANE, THEY ARE NOT WRONG. IDIOT CAR DRIVER WILL KEEP DRIVING LIKE THIS UNTIL THEY HIT SOMETHING.
Semi was DEFINITELY not in the wrong!!! I HATE ppl that think they have the right of way just because they have a blinker on!!!
Semi driver was 100% "in the right-of-way", but that doesn't make them right. And I think that's the point of this clip. Because you have "the right of way", does that give you permission to drive in such a manner that INTENTIONALLY endangers others? I'd rather choke it down and call them a bag of steaming doosh, than spend time and money while my car (and my life) are being repaired because of an avoidable accident. And for the record, I didn't ALWAYS believe that.
Don’t know what’s crazier, the amount of cars who can’t drive or the amount of these roads I’ve driven
Lots of repeats from other videos in this one.
#7: No EXPERIENCED driver would continue to sail down that lane at nearly full speed while the next lane over is completely stopped, and for just this reason, too. Sure, the resulting accident is in no way the truck driver's fault, but I can GUARANTEE you that accident caused him at least a 2 hour delay, not to mention a banged-up front end. If his headlight got broken, he may be down for many hours getting it fixed...

#1 Music is way more appropriate than description
7:34 In Canada: Cyclists are not allowed to ride in a crosswalk. The law says you must dismount and walk your bike when utilizing this space. It doesn't negate the responsibility of drivers to turn safely, but this is the fault of the biker, not the trucker.
This appears to be in Florida, based on the service van's phone number. Either way, the cyclist entered the crosswalk when they had a signal to do so. Legality aside, the trucker was so preoccupied with not giving up his right of way to the left turners who were supposed to yield that he failed to look anywhere else.

Whats up with the opening clip?? Red mazda?? Tire came off minivan and hit white car...
Wow
Crash at 3:30 is absolutely moronic. You have to be blind to attempt that right turn.
Merging vehicles have the responsibility to enter the highway only when it's safe to do so. Those on the highway are not obligated to let merging vehicles enter the highway. It is, however, safer for everyone for the vehicle on the highway to move over, if possible, and give the merging vehicle a clear lane to merge.
The then merging vehicle should not continue changing lanes once they immediately enter the highway.
Video 25 both vehicles are wrong but the truck does have the right of way his lane goes straight and left lane ends
5:18 That's actually Montreal, Texas
#19 There's no need for you to be tailgating the CRV.
what's up with all the errant audio?
7:40 "Don't Walk signs do not apply to me. I am going to flip you off for not ending my miserable life today."
That bicyclist was wrong 3 times:
1. He was on the wrong side of the road (should have been riding WITH traffic, not against it).
2. He was riding in a crosswalk. If you use a crosswalk with a bike, you are supposed to WALK the bike across. Crosswalks are meant for WALKERS, not bicycle RIDERS.
3. regardless of how he got across, he had a red do not cross signal.
@@TomCat13461 You are wrong in three ways: 1) You have to ride with traffic if you are on the road, he was using the sidewalk where the rule doesn't apply. 2) There isn't a law in the US saying you have to walk your bike in a crosswalk. 3) He had a walk signal but it was in the countdown mode showing how many seconds you have left before the light changes.
@@krissimons1339 yup
@@krissimons1339 not a single state where riding in a crosswalk, and against the flow of trafic is illegal? 🤔
@@steveroyer1628 It's not possible to cross against the flow of traffic in a crosswalk as the "traffic flow" is pedestrians, scooters, wheelchairs, bikes and they flow both ways. It's not illegal in the states I've lived in to ride a bike in a crosswalk either, though I can't speak for all states.
8:55 the caption is 100% wrong, the trucker is 100% right, it is the car drivers responsibility to change lanes safely.
@ 5:33 A clone? What? Who is the Clown that edited this video?
#23 but did you die?
Yea.
I'm sorry but the semi that hit the U-Haul truck should have seen that coming. You can already see the driver of the U-Haul truck is slowly swerving into your lane, so either honk the horn or slow down. But you don't speed up knowing that this person is driving over the line. No matter whose fault it is, a lot of these accidents are pretty predictable ahead of time and if people would just think ahead a lot these things accidents can be prevented.
One of the worst behaviors I see is when there is a construction merge ahead, truckers get together in the lane immediately next to the lane ending and start slowing down traffic and "guarding", rather than just merging in a single column to the far lane. This behavior is dangerous, it provided little room for other vehicles to merge further ahead and it encourages other drivers to attempt to speed ahead in the ending lane to get ahead of the trucker who are slowing down traffic to a crawl and blocking the merge zone. It should actually be illegal for commercial vehicles to do this. It's not up to them to enforce some rules of the road or the laws. The police should be stationed at these merge points with their lights on and another unit ready to pull over reckless drivers who try to speed ahead and merge at the last minute. That is the safest method.
It’s illegal for any vehicle to do this, it’s called “impeding traffic.” Rarely enforced unfortunately
8:53. Solar panels on the hood of the semi?
7:25 what are you even trying to say on that ??
8:39 is that Route 72 or route 9 in Ct?
8:55: No snowflake.... trucker is not wrong. Just because YOU think it's okay for people to bully others on the road doesn't make the trucker wrong. The car gambled and lost. Not everyone shares your view that we should all just bow when someone is reckless around us. Some of us insist on teaching them a lesson so maybe they'll think twice next time.
idk about where you live, but here in the UK at least the truck would absolutely be in the wrong, BY LAW you are required to drive all the way up to the road closure using all the available road space and then zipper merge. Just because you're driving a truck nearly as big as your ego doesn't mean you get to bully and punish people following the law because you don't agree with it.
@@R-Haw zipper merge does not allow you to force your way in you still have to yield
@@R-Haw No wonder your people lost their delusional little empire.
@@R-HawJust in case you failed to notice, that wasn't in the U.K. On this side of the pond you need to merge way before the cones, barrels, or barriers force you into someone elses space. Had he hit the truck, he'd have been charged with failure to yield at the very least, and he'd have been faulted with the crash. And as a general rule, motorists are notified well in advance about construction and lane closures, so there's absolutely no excuse for anyone to be continuing all the way up until the lane is closed to merge, other than the offender simply being an entitled, obnoxious pos..... p.s. We've all seen enough vids of just how well U.K. drivers obey the laws there, so you aren't fooling anyone.
@@Procrastinator1948 It's in Connecticut. I'm too lazy to look up the laws regarding zipper merges in my state, but the version of my driver's manual (back in 1994) taught drivers to merge into traffic before the lane closes, not to wait until the last minute.
However, in most urban parts of the state, impatient drivers will fly down the closing lane as fast as possible and then force their way in at the last moment just to be a few cars ahead. Usually, our Dept. of Transportation puts plenty of signs up warning drivers of lane closures beginning at 1000 ft.
DID YOU KNOW: With all of us writing complaining about incorrect scene descriptions, the channel does better. More comments = more YT algorithm shares, even if the comments are complaints.
Same could probably be said about those who are writing to complain about people writing to complain. Oh foot, I'm doing it too! 🥴

4:05 at least the cammer was nice enough to still let the other trucker over. 7:34 Hey, did that light on the little post behind the cyclist go from green to orange and a different emblem while the bike was mid cross walk? Because towards the end it was showing the cyclist to be wrong and crossing when they shouldn't have, thus clearing? the trucker.
