Garin is Chair of the #CIPD London Organisation Development, Design, Culture & Transformation Group and Co-Chair of CIPD Central London. In these roles he delivers regular events that support the development of the OD&D and HR profession. Garin is a regular speaker and writer on Organization Development. He is HRZone's OD Columnist.
Garin's is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and his qualifications include an MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisational Development and a BA (Hons) in Business from Northumbria University.
