The “battle sense” is clearly just to stop people from ratting since players are more likely to do that if they’re all on their own
it's a shame that players continue to not play the game and rat!
You'd have 30 wraiths sitting in corners on the last zone if this weren't implemented.

@LoveEachDay94 being patient and taking cover when needed is a gameplay strat. Ratting at every opportunity is jus cowardly and ruins the pacing of the game and the experience for everyone
I am so hyped for solos! I was expecting a 2 week takeover. 6 weeks is awesome. I really hope it works out and they make it permanent. Not super excited about the battle sense but at least we finally get solos back!

Considering audio is a constant struggle, im ok with the battle sense. Especially since it seems to be plain text on the side, it doesnt feel like a 1:1 copy of Wraith's passive
Battle sense is actually a great alternative to visual footstep indicators that we’ve been asking for. It’s accessible but it won’t promote camping or rating when the other populace uses it.
I agree, but i think it could be adjusted a bit for rank when sometimes you have to play rat. Obviously i still want it, just adjusted a bit. I don't want to promote players to rat the whole game either.
I hope cryptos drone can pick up Evo caches now
That would be too broken. Imaging you get around 200 meters away from an eco cached and do that all around the map. You and your team would practically be at red shield

Not sure, but I think Alter is the second legend in the game where they have a tactical that can move the entire team and enemies, first being horizon. Every other movement tactical can only be used by the player using that legend

Solos sounds fun but I'm pissed it's taking over duos. I primarily play duos with my friend and don't feel like 2v3-ing every fight in no fill trios
Man respawn are the worst at balancing weapons. The issue with the wingman was the dmg. Not the damn hitfire or magsize. Also, remember how everyone was saying the wingman was dogcrap before it was in the package (especially during the smg meta).

Honestly, as someone who has hearing damage (meaning I can't tell which direction sound actually comes from), I think battle sense is a good accessibility setting idea, if only a little overtuned. If instead we got something like audio-subtitles, meaning any footsteps you *would* be able to hear comes up as a subtitle with vague directions, sort of like Minecrafts subtitles, I think it would be a good compromise allowing for people with hearing issues to play at a higher level
I think the battle thing will be a good change. Apex has trash audio sometimes and this could maybe help that.
It took me quite a minute to realize what the “devo” was lol. I never heard that term and been playing since 2019

So if there are like 6 death boxes behind a wall and there’s say two teams fighting in the area to properly push in fully.. is alter going to be able to steal an item from every death box? Kinda seems like a broken advantage that’ll get exploited by higher level players…. Just sayin
Hyped fot solos
Im crying with the lack of ballistic buffs that have been leaked, my man got the ability to make his sling weapon match your evo armour level. Imo as a Ballistic main you for the most part only use his sling weapon in his ult so that's a fairly useless upgrade. I was really hoping for his ult to get some love since it's the strongest aspect of his already underwhelming kit :/
I think it's not a bad change but situational. Let's say you have a nonsling weapon with no attachments, but you need something with better attachments. You can just swap it to your sling to get better attachments for that weapon you're using. But we didn't get much details, so for a we know the sling weapon that is in your slot will be the only one that's leveled up. So we might not be able to just swap. If that's the case then yeah it's pretty useless lol.
Little sad about the wingman changes no more skull peircer means no more 95 head shots. That also means the 30-30 meta is finally done for, for the most part

I'm a diamond S20 player. My solo queue is full of masters and preds. The MMR on solos makes it not fun.

I've noticed after I upload a video on my other channel, they are fairly shitty quality for the first 20 minutes of being live. Then they switch to normal quality. Probably not what's going on here but maybe

I almost exclusively play duos because I can only get 1 friend to play with me regularly, so I do not like that they're going to replace duos with the solos mode, even if its temporary.
The game will give you teammates. You don't have to rely on other people being available to play the game. The ping system works so well you can even mute the randoms and still get wins and kills.
Battle sense seems too OP for the bad players, especially if you’re on controller, which I am myself, the battle sense would just bring COD and Fortnite players, literally takes no skill

Teaming happens in duos and trios as well. Not a solo only problem. Mfers always going to cheat whenever they get the chance. I played when solos was out originally, it wasn't that much of a problem. Plus when you 1v2 or 1v3 em, you get to bag their boxes until your little heart is content, and they get to see the lobby screen.
@@MtHermit i played it also but we'll see how it goes in not personally hyped for this tho i feel like as a solo the game will be played alot different i feel like the COD playstyle is gonna be rampant in solos because i notice that alot of ppl rely on having a teammate to back them up because their individual skill is mid so i think alot of camping an ratting will happen in solos but i guess we'll see after it releases

I'm more worried about the meta that will be changed after solos is out...
Most movement/offensive legends will dominate solos as I have experienced in the iron crown event. I was a Wattson main at the time and saw Wraiths, Pathfinders and Octanes constantly. This leaves the defensive legends with low pick rates. That mentality may carry over to trios and ranked, leaving a stale meta...
I could be wrong and see the opposite side of legends dominate(considering the added 'battle sense'). But we shall see when it is out.
I'm not excited about her abilities. I think she should have some better and new abilities. It's just spreading your food around your plate and saying your done. Putting all the work into skins that cost more then 3x what we buy games for! Not to mention adding more currency to screw us all over. They want to continue this so gamers get use to being raped so it seems normal. They aren't making cool changes its copy and paste. Alter looks copy and pasted from other legends, like her finisher is Madd maggie her walk away from another is from loba and there are more that tells me they did nothing new they are squishing a new legend out with the least effort as possible.
Tell them to buff crypto completely with the crafting nerf let him craft and take what he crafted (some of you want like this) and also let him get evo harvesters this is what a drone is meant for remote inter action He is not being fully utilized for his entire imaginable capabilities
