I use to have an 87 trans am. I painted it midnight blue. I put 20inch chrome irocs on it back in 2006 and would get sooo many compliments. I'm glad to see over 10 years later ppl still rocking these wheels. I love the look of them. The way they are concaved design, I find when the sun is hitting them while driving it gives it a strobe effect. Nice car by the Way, brings back great memories of mine :)

T5 will hold up against the LS1 if you don't hammer on it too much. These were originally designed for 305 ci.or light duty use. GM wasn't sure they could withstand the power or torque of the 350 ci. I did the LS1 swap and the T5 didn't hold up long. Grant it I didn't cruise around either so.... Not saying you'll have the same issue and I hope you don't I retired the T5 and opted for the Richmond 6-speed along with a dual friction clutch from Centerforce.. Sort of an expensive swap but it's held up so far with a few trips down the1/8 th on E.T.s I hear the T56 is great for this type swap. Very nice build you have there and I hope you enjoy many miles of driving. ✌

Theres alot of mods you can for that TPI setup. But I would say get some exhaust headers to get that engine breathing first than everything else comes into play.

Hey guys I can’t really find a clear answer but I have a 92 trans am and the VATS thing is annoying would getting a whole different starter system fuel pump, yanking out the ecm & going from 305 tbi to 350 carburetor just eliminate the VATS shit?

it was a 63 Pontiac doing a circle on a ball field. They have trays for the oil pan a person can put in to ensure the pump keeps picking up. I think everything works better today

I did doughnuts in a car a long time ago, only turned one direction and created a knock in the engine. Oil went to one side and I ran dry.
