Chocolate Easter Basket!

- This fully edible basket was crafted with 100% dark chocolate, it took a lot more skills than I thought and even more patience...
In the basket I have decorated my classic egg dessert in the colors of Easter. They are composed of a mango compote and passion fruit cremeux center, a light coconut mousse and a thin white chocolate shell!
The bow and the hay are made out of white chocolate! - Zábava
He weaved the basket??!!!! He didn't have to go that far but it speaks to his craftsmanship. Spectacular!

It's so sad that many of his works are used only for decoration and no one eats them. And this basket, most likely, will simply be thrown away after the celebration.

WOW. WOW. This was a gorgeous masterpiece. My mouth dropped when he just kept adding more after just finishing an elaborate piece….I guess we will have to add basket weaver to his skill set along with chocolatier, designer, engineer, scientists, painter…..

That was incredible! I love that we got to see so many of the techniques this time - weaving and braiding the modelling chocolate was amazing, as was making the gorgeous filled eggs.

I loved the chocolate basket in the original color. Even if I do not agree with using such an impressive amount of dye, I have to admit it truly is very, very beautiful. This man needs to open his own gallery of chocolate, to have visitors, just like the museums do.

I gave a little delighted gasp on realising what the balls of mango were. The basket is a wonder in itself, but troubling to make the eggs look like those of an exotic bird and filling them with coconut forthe whites is 'Emperor's pet chocolatier'-level amazement.
The fact that the sweet easter eggs have the color pattern of real eggs on the inside as well is so astonishing
