I actually really enjoy when this podcast gets serious. Obviously, prefer it under bette conditions (god speed, Billy), but you guys have a lot of life experience and you’re actually well spoken, for the most part, when it comes to the serious stuff. Love you all.

This was a monumental PMT episode. PFT signed a new contract, Billy got the wake up call he needed, Biden fell off his bike, and Segura was the guest. Plus it was cool to see the boy's get serious and see they actually do work insanely hard even though it seems like they don't

i have had 5 or 6 major concussions in the last 4 years and i am 53 so far i dont know what damage that i have done besides the dents and scars on my head i seem to be ok so far .. and i would be worried about bugs getting into the guys exposed brain ...... love from hamilton ontario canada
A caddy who caddies for a pro golfer that never wins is on par with being in a pit-crew for a professional racecar driver that never wins, or being the head coach for a pro team that never wins a championship, but made it to the finals or playoffs. He's right it would have to suck even more then the star athlete losing, as the supporting players feel like they let them down by not drawing up the correct play or by not taking a different approach. Because they make a fraction of what the stars do not winning can result in firing vs winning and getting your name on titles, and bonus $.
This could have been much worse for Billy. I’ve had employers overtly say it, and seen it happen to fellow employees in past jobs, but 1 no-call/no-show at a “real” job normally gets you axed. 10 out of 10 times. Even if it was the very first time, which us AWLs know and it was made clear this was not the first time, a 1 month suspension is STILL so much better than 99.9% of employers would have given him and that’s not even factoring in the drunk on the job aspect. Love you Billy, they’re smart guys, understand what they’re trying to teach you here; you’ll be better for it.
