- RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1.Corriander leaves & stem 1 cup pressed roughly chopped
2.Tomato chopped 2
3.Big Onion chopped 1
4.Grated coconut 3 - 4 tbsp(1/4cup)
5.Chilli powder 1/2 - 1 tsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Oil 2-3 tbsp
8.Water 1/4 cup
9.Sugar a big pinch
SEASONING
10.Oil 1 tsp
11.Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
12.Red chilli 1
13.Curry leaves 3 - 4 leaves
PREPARATION
1.Heat oil saute the onion till transluscent,saute tomatoe till oil
separates and mushy,add salt,saute a little,add the coconut and
chilli powder.Stir well.Remove.
2.When cool grind adding a pinch of sugar and 4-5 tbsp water.
3.Season with the ingredients and pour above the chutney.
Serve with different rice,chapathy,porotta,idly,dosa etc.
