Biggest pitfall is the auction process (je selling shares before 5 or 7 year expiry). At IPO share price is R1 per share. At auction event share price suddenly drops below R1 per share. Never buy at IPO, only buy at auction at big discount. Most sellers get screwed or scammed when selling shares before the 5 or 7 year expiry period. Some sellers are losing upto 40% of investment value at auction.

There is an open IPO and a webinar that EasyProperties will be having soon, check them out on Instagram.
Tisa, will you please share what youâve invested in in your TFSA and EE USD portfolio ? Similar to what you did with your EE zar and properties account
Hi Katlego, Iâve already shared why Iâm invested in, in my TSA as well check out this playlist czcams.com/play/PLtaeTNshkAHEYBuTwBdp8r253fRujeec5.html I havenât started on the USD portfolio mainly because I already have a few US companies in my ETFs.
@@chatwithtisa thank you so much. i will def have a look. God bless you
I like the use of the word "erect" in this video. :D :D On the real though, very informative content. I could watch your videos forever.
Mouse mara đ lol. Glad you found the video informative, thanks for watching đ
Thank you @tisa the video on property investment was very helpful. when it comes to property, how can one invest to buy or invest to own instead of investing for shares?
Youâre welcome Simphiweđ
Great question, I havenât explored that type of investment yet, so I canât say much about it, when I have information Iâll definitely share it.
Please i really want to know more about easyproperties
Thank you for sharing. I am also looking to invest.
What are your quarterly returns on investments?
Am watching you from Namibia so grateful I stumbled upon your channel so the big question follow do i only have to invest a lump sum in all this things or do they allow monthly installment or contributions. I really want to make money
Thank you for representing Namibia đłđŠâš I enjoyed my time there a few years ago. You can invest lump sums, monthly, daily, whenever you want to with whatever amount you have as many times as youâd like đ
Thanks lady I saw that and for a moment I was very interested but I was not sure.... Thank you.
There are two IPO that are still open at the moment, you can invest in them.
so i cant sell my investment in poroperty like i would with stocks
ahe sesi

wow thank you sis
You are welcome đ
Hi there just a question if I had to put in a small amount now let's say R300 into a property and and a yearf goes by and I want to put more money in would I be able to ???
Yes you would, but youâd have to wait for their auctions in order to do so. They have actions every three months or you could just invest in another IPO. Thanks for your questionđ
Thank you Tessa, so how much are your Exchange Lofts shares worth now please?
and how do i withdraw my devedents
You're beautiful mahnâ€
Thank you Lina đ
Hey, so if you invested R8 700 and the dividend income was 1.09%⊠does that mean that you only received R95 quarterly?
Is easy properties another platform not under easyequities????
I'm new to this channel , hello everyone đđđđđđđ
Welcome Israel, welcome to the family đâš
Hey I'm interested in taking part in property invest but I don't know how start please let me know step to take
Hi Phumelela, you first need to register an account hereâs the link easyidentity.io/register/country?productid=easyproperties
Thanks for all of that info Tisa, quick question are you able to withdraw the dividend? If so is it after 5 years?
Yes, absolutely! You can withdraw your dividend payment at any point after it's paid out, you can even transfer the amount to your EasyEquities account and buy some shares or ETFs. You do not have to wait 5 years.
Hi there! May you please share how you activated your EasyProperties acc via EasyEquities since you're out the country? I feel like that's the issue with me, idk cause my country of residence is China. I keep trying but I keep getting errors.
also for tax residence, it's China.
Hi Beks, country of residence is South Africa and Tax Residence is China. You can also add South Africa and have both countries as Tax Residence.
@@chatwithtisa I figured that might be the case and recently I tried changing both to S.A but now I cannot, but I'll continue to figure how to.Thank you!
You can contact EasyEquities to change, once itâs greyed out you canât make the changes yourself. All the best đâš
I was watching another video from CZcams regarding Easy Properties, is true that it is a bit hard to sell your shares when you want to on Easy Properties?
You have to participate in an auction in order to sell your shares, and they might not be sold in that auction so you keep trying or wait for the full investment period.
Iâll make another video about this soon when I try selling at an auction myself.
Great explanation but how do you evaluate if a property is a good investment. Seems like you just buy every one hoping it works out well.
I donât know A LOT but there are some basics you can look at: If they are building and opening new malls or shops, think grocery stores etc. the value of the location will automatically go up... Like Tisa mentioned she spoke about a location with lots of students that need somewhere to stay, so you can almost say youâll always find a tenant and the property will always be running as it should as it appreciates..
This is my take on it, just the basics. Think about where a family would want to live.. close to schools, hospitals, doctors, garages, and possibly a mall.
Babe! I think I have found a young lady that will help me through this journey of investing. Thank you for this đ„°
Hi Tisa,I have registered for easyproperty yesterday but when im trying to log in today I'm being told that I don't have a easyId,please how do I get it ?
Hey Mlungisi, did you manage? Sorry for the late reply?
does the appreciation fee gets into your bank account or...
Hey Kwanele, Iâm not sure what you mean by appreciation fee.
If I plan to buy property shares during an auction?? How much on estimate would I get them for??
I recorded a video on how auctions work, I can't really estimate the amount but I hope the video explains how it all works czcams.com/video/NPL-Olxihtg/video.html
@@chatwithtisa Alright Thank you
Been trying to sign up on the website but the website keeps on acting up can you tell me how I can do it
It happens sometimes, just refresh and keep trying, maybe use a different browser as well. Did you manage?
Hi Tisa how do I register for these is it only valid if you are in south
I think you have to be a South African or hold permanent residency in SA Iâm not sure, Iâll verify. You can also visit their website.
Hello what if you mistakenly paid for shares at closed hours ,and they already take the money is that normal? And the shares are still pending đ
You can buy shares at anytime of the day, if you buy shares when the stock market is closed the order will lend until the market opens, Iâm assuming youâre asking about EasyEquities not EasyProperties.
đ„na khensa ku tlhatlheriwa
Youâre welcome âșïžâš I like that phrase âku tlhatlheriwaâ
I actually bought into easyproperies IPO about 3 months but I see the account has zero-movememt, could it also be the backlog you're talking about?
I wonder, maybe it is. How is it now?
@@chatwithtisa still no movement :(
@@lulamilelukzsabuka8375 hey there, any movement yet since December 2021?
@@charnejoyhector6430 hi Charne, glad you reach out, still no movement, I wanted to follow up but it keeps slipping my mind. I think I might have gotten myself into a long term plan
When u invest u Get dividends evry month ??? Or Maybe monthly payments???
Dividends are paid out quarterly, every 3 months.
Hi
Hi how can I register in easy property
Hereâs a link đ support.easyproperties.co.za/support/solutions/articles/13000075006-setting-up-your-account
I know how re-invest in easy zar...but I cannot re-invest on easy properties please show me how
You canât re-invest on EasyProperties (EP) the way you do on EasyEquities (EE), on EP you get paid out your dividend and you can either use that money to buy more shares during an auction or you can transfer that money to your EE account and invest in something else, I usually transfer it to my EE account and buy more shares in a company Iâm already invested in or new one.
I need your help plz

@@chatwithtisa I still donât fully understand how if profit made. How does one know if they made profit of easy equity
can non citizens can invest in easy properties ?
At the moment I donât think so.

I just started this investment thing and i don't know what the hack I'm doingđđ
Itâs okay to not know, just take it one thing at a time, there are so many resources, and feel free to ask some specific questions, Iâm on Instagram @financialchats_tisa
Hi Is it necessary to start with a demo ?
EasyProperties does not have a Demo. On EasyEquities there are Demo accounts, I still use them even though Iâve already started investing, they can be a useful tool đ
@@chatwithtisa okay thanks and yea i meant on Easyequities. So is it possible to use the Demo one and also start investing while you are using Demo on the same account ?

Hey Martin đ
Hi Tisa please can u help me understand about the Tax thing if u not a South African citizen ,I really need help about this, thank u
Paying tax on the EasyProperties investment?
What is IPO??? THANKS IN ADVANCE
An IPO is an Initial Public Offering, I explained it very simply in the video.
Swi pfuna swinene ha khensa.
Kukhensa mina đâš
Are there any chances of losing when you invest?
Investing on EasyProperties is pretty low risk, you donât lose money you initially invested, you just pay for investment fees, maybe transaction fees and tax.
This is my understanding.
Is it possible to loose your money đž and not recover from it??
I havenât seen or heard of that happening yet.
I don't quite understand how it works. It is way different from easyequities
It different, EasyProperties is like investing in Property as a community of people that all contribute an amount that they want to and based on that amount when the properties purchased begin to generate an income, in this case, rental income all those who invested will receive a certain amount minus fees and expenses. The shares that each person own also grows based on the value of the property over time. On EasyEquities you can buy and sell shares at anytime, with EasyProperties itâs different.
love you kisses

Finally I khale đđđđđđđđđđđđ
