    1-Dec 700 cal from tdee
    2- take calories from many sources
    3-quality of calories
    4-improve gut health
    5-stress management
    6-good quality sleep
    7-physical activity is must -it can be walk, sports,dance
    Strength training is anti aging,increases metabolism

    Actually yes exercise plays important role. I followed some diets by nutritionist. But after 4-5 months I find it boring because they gave proper chart and then only you have to eat and that food only. So now I found my mojo that is cycling. I ride daily 15km now. started from 5 km. Yes exercise helps. You are very truth person thank you sir

    The exact video i needed, thnq doc 💐 now i understood why im not loosing weight and not feeling healthy and energetic inspite of healthy diet food ...
    My problems are
    1) stress
    2) no healthy sleep patterns
    3) no regular physical activities
    4) irregular eating timings
    I need to change a lot 😮

    Firstly I would like to say thank you for cleaning my dough in the very simple way.
    I have 2 queries , please help me out with that.
    First is-
    I tried a lot to be constant on my workout and healthy eating habits with the help of intimidate fasting,
    But I still not be able to control my night cravings for snacks and chocolates .
    What should I do 🥲
    Second is-
    After putting lots of effort I’m stuck on my particular weight now and facing difficulties with that.
    I want to lose more but I’m stuck on my particular weight.
    Due to that I started eating rubbish and unable to be constant on my workout routine.
    What should I do with this.
