The HHO water has a dielectric capacity, when placing two seperate pieces of palladium in a HHO cell you can extract electricity from the HHO water. I understand you are not using palladium however stainless steel can perform the same function but greatly diminished in comparison. This small current may be similar in origin to the Edward Leedskalnins PMH when the magnetic field is interrupted upon shorting the coil or breaking the PMH magnetic flux, upon collapse of the field the back EMF has nowhere to go and thus produces light, this is backed up by an increase in frequency(scratching the terminal) resulting in more light. I can see now why theoretical scientists feel so comfortable, you really can say whatever you want.🤣 But seriously, I think my guess is what’s happening.

Your loop system with "sparking" induce secondary HiVoltage field which is connected with your battery - HHO Cell. You make generator. That`s it.
