Hi dra. I started my lcif when I watched accidentally ur video last March 5. Then avoided the carbs like wheaten bread n red/brown rice and it's amazing my fbs gone low from 150 -160 now 90-100. But unfortunately I have side effect nagkarun me ng diarrhea kaya I consulted a private doc. But bcoz I truly believed you I stopped taking the drugs. Hi doc, just started my lcif last month and brisk walking exercise this October... gradually lessen first my rice/bread/pasta and sweets intake last July-August til totally rid of rice/pasta/sweets start of Sept.. from weight of 68.75 kilos in July 16, down to 63.45 today..way to go to reach the right BMI..slowly but surely, just right mindset and discipline..thank you very much for your continuous info/gudance😊❤

Dc.salamat po talaga sa paggamit sayo,nagkaroon ng kagalongan ang diabetic ko for 26 yrs.Dahil po sa mga sakit ng kasukasuan ay di ko na inaral ng malaliman ang tinuro mong lowcarb,makalipas lang ang 2 days na marinig ko ikaw sa Utube,ginawa ko agad mga tinuro mo sa pagbakasakali na gumaling.Oct.12,2023 ng magsimula ako sa lowcarb na ang scale ko ay 63 kgs.,sys.147,dia.89,pulse 73,fbs.253.Nov.12 iniwan ko na gliclazedi dahil buma na lahat.at Dec .12 iniwan ko na rin pantanghali na metformin dahil scale ko 53kgs.,sys111,dia74,fbs84 at sinabayan ko ng 20hrs.fasting.marami po akong saging na tanim pero di na ako kumain dahil sa tanang buhay ko For 26 yrs. Ngayon ko lang naranasan na 84 or 4.66 sugar ko.muli salamatsa Dios dahil napanood kita sa UT.
