I have always been someone who has to sleep with the TV on and so does my daughter but recently out of respect for my husband I decided to shut it off and I will say I have a very hard time going to sleep but once I do go to sleep I sleep more sound. Sometimes I will listen to an audiobook or something of that nature with earbuds in. My Kindle also has the Hulu app so sometimes I listen to the Golden girls but I find on those nights I don’t sleep as good. With an audiobook I can set the timer for it to go off. Makaylas therapy clinic suggests weighted blankets to be 10% of your bodyweight, and I have been wanting to get her one for her lap because they make them all sizes. I hope that you will start getting better sleep! Girl hot flashes are no joke! I have always been a person who sleeps in pajamas in this winter I couldn’t, I had to end up sleeping in a nightshirt, because if I sleep with anything on my legs I am hot all night. I sleep with a fan on me as well and that would’ve been my first concern about a weighted blanket! I can’t stand these hot flashes.
