I am PRO. It helps with anxiety, as I live in a crime ridden area in Aiken, SC. It helps me not to retain water, too. The hardest thing is finding one when it warms up that does not overheat me, but they make the ones with glass marbles that work really well. It is like a hug. If you can't get enough hugs, or live alone, I HIGHLY recommend one for your couch and your bed!

i cant find one that will not hang over my bed. either its too small and wont cover me or too big and will hang over the bed which ive read is not what you want. dont understand why i cant find one that is suitable for a twin size bed

They’re supposed to help folx with ADHD manage insomnia.
I’m gonna try to make my own. Far too many are made with plastic beads - an environmental hazard. I’m gonna try removable rice packets
