very informative video. Sir my d3 levels were 8ng/ml; post taking bone pro( 2tabs per day) for a month along with 60k IUs D3 powder once per week for a month, i was able to take d3 levels to 42 ng/ml. Calcium levels are in range(from KFT test). Have stopped taking 60k IU powder since i am in an optimal range. Wanted to know if i continue taking bone pro? ( i do a job- minimal sun exposure, i strength train 5 days a week from 6-7am)

Uh r my ideol i have been following you since 4 years now.
