- A follow-up to my last Pokemon upload, that video actually resulted in a challenge from one of my subscribers who is also a member of my Discord where these battles were arranged. It is a 100 times more competitive than the previous video, and if you want to see what competitive Pokemon tends to be like, then here you go.

Hi, Opponent commentary here. Samurott's ablilty is Sharpness which is why Ceaseless Edge always did so much damage, at 15:40 I switched not because of Ninetales's damage (it's max speed/ max spatk) but I swapped predicting another toxic after seeing Umbreon using it prior. At 21:30 I wasn't mad Infernape went down (it did all the time in my practice matches before getting a KO itself beforehand), it's because Tera Steel Hydrapple was my answer to fairy types (like Justin's Meloetta for dark types). Sorry for the paragraph, I wanted to get my thoughts out there and with this was only 2 of 3 matches we had. So there was no real winner. So Justin, when's the third match?
I ended up cutting the third battle out because it was such a wash and wouldn't have been enjoyable to watch. Regardless, you still won 2 to 1. On top of that this video was already long. Umbreon and Gliscor both really slowed the pace down.
So that's what ended up happening with the switches. I get it now. Though that Tera Steel still landed you in a heap of trouble.
@@justinnewman4207 I'm only joking about that third match. I still have a lot to learn when it comes to competitive Pokemon. But I would be glad to have another battle with you sometime in the future.
@@pokefox1778 Oh, absolutely. I've got a lot to learn still too, and I have a lot more Pokemon to use as well. I would definitely love to battle you again.
I have a fully trained team ready for battle, so feel free to challenge me! I have some oddball choices that should make for interesting fights.
