A wonderful player who was underrated by many people. A proper professional who was never afraid of any challenges that he came across in a wonderful career.
You're not a real football fan if you aren't touched by this. "I hope I made you proud"....I'm not even a West Ham fan and I feel proud of him, for the loyalty and commitment he's shown to his boyhood club and the effort he put in every time he stepped on the pitch. A genuine class act, and unfortunately a dying breed.

I'm 30, had a season ticket since 2002 around the same time Mark was being recognised as 1st team potential, I don't think it's an understatement to say that I love you Mark Noble. Youre my and many of the fan's absolute hero, regardless of trophies won or individual skill and ability. You gave everything in every game - we can't ask for more. I'm so happy that I was there today, and can't wait for you to be manager one day. COYI.
Very moving that. Spurs fan here but amazing to see such a loyal, local one-club man. Football is fickle, wrecked by money, hype and all kinds of agendas nowadays. But to see that old fashioned long-term commitment is what we admire more than anything in people in the game. Fair play to Noble and WHU

Hull fan here, I could tell from the games he played for us nearly 20 years ago that this kid was special. Always remember his effort to keep west ham up in the mid 00s and it showed his passion for the club when they didn't make it, very underrated footballer.

As a Liverpool fan I’ve always liked mark noble ever since I started watching the premier league . Great legend for his club and a example for all young players to learn from . Congrats on a great career
That man has been an absolute warrior for his club. I'm sure he'll get a job as a trainer in the West Ham academy, so I doubt he'll be lost to the club for too long.

As a Liverpool fan, what an amazing servant to your club mate. Well done.. I’ll never forget an interview I heard and how Mark said that when West Ham lost it would affect his weekend and week and how it engulfed him. These are legends of our clubs.
He could have left, West Ham have been terrible at times, and finishing bottom of the league must have been devastating, but he really is outstanding in the loyalty and strength in adversity he has shown.

In the days of Championship Manager, I would always buy him, and he’s ever so reliable too. But in real life we all know he’s Mr West Ham through and through and wouldn’t leave until retirement. Best wishes, and happy retirement Mark! ❤

I've been a Man Utd fan since the 1960s when I was in my early teens but West Ham FC has been an English footballing institution, who arguably, won the 1966 World Cup ! producing some Very fine footballing Professionals...Mark Noble is one of those. Respect.

I went to Beijing in 2009 to watch Spurs play the 2009 Premier League Asia Trophy, the first game was Tottenham vs West Ham, and I still remembered vividly Mark Noble got into fight with Jamie O'hara on the pitch (can't remember if they both got sent off or not ) We Chinese spurs supporters were joking then the battle between Mark and Jamie was the battle of future LDN king. Fastward to 2022, Mark Noble became Mr West Ham and Jamie has long disappeared from football mainstream (good luck to Jamie too ) this much said it all ," One club man" is a true and rare romance in Football nowadays, Club rivalry aside, this is something deserves to be cherished. Well done Mark ! I wish one day, Harry can enjoy this moment too.

Phillips is leaving in summer if Leeds go down, mount could stay and I reckon saka will go out in Europe

I met him when I worked at the o2 arena. One of my staff was a West Ham fan, and she was too shy to ask for his autograph, so I asked him, and he was really accommodating. Genuinely friendly.
