such system of categorization suggests that vietnamese schools rely a lot on physical appearence/skin color in determining salaries and benefits of non natives, so may i ask you where do north africans/Egyptians fit in this equation of NNES subcategorization according to your experience. In 2023, i made an experiment, i just went to a neighbor where there are a lot of language centers. I told them I want to do Partime Jobs. Most of them, they said they are not going to help with any visa sponsorship. Also they don't trust if you don't have someone who introduce. 10 language institutes, some of them said they just want to hire vietnamese teachers because they pay them 400 to USD. Why are they going to spend money in Russians 1300 to 1500 USD? Egyptians are already a lot and not popular because of the religion. It will be difficult.

CZcamsrs are lying. In Vietnam a lot of scams 😂 you don't have a lot of protection. You will have to spend a lot of money for your documents work permit visa TRC.
