How about hong kong noodles with siomai and different sauces combined? I forgot the stall's name.... It's yummy especially because with ginger sauce Even a takoyaki with sweet chili ginger sauce

this is subjective but i really don't like unnatural food coloring on my rice, atseute na lang para mag yellow. really nice recipe tho, thanks for sharing
Hmm, chopping up the _tenga ng daga_ like that might finally make it edible for me. I really don't like the name (kadiri kaya, who tf named it?) and the texture. It's like eating a sponge. Also my mom had a phase where she put pandan leaves on our rice, it was nice... She probably did that coz our rice tasted _meh._

It has nothing to do with the shape. Replaced lang ng wood ear mushroom yung shark's fin to imitate the bite you get from eating shark's fin.

real paotsin is made with fat, fat and more fat. pork fat. that's how they make their money.
