    This is brilliant. Been having tendon pain on my inner upper arm for months, and after seeing physios who told me to rest it, there was no change. Turns out I have referred pain from subscapularis! After a couple minutes of doing the massage, I can barely feel it. Pain comes back after a few mins but less so and I'm sure these exercises will do the trick. Thanks a lot!

      @@jimmygeorge856 This is SUPER reassuring to read. I have had that exact same pain in the inner upper arm after a heavy day of chest/fly work. These massages def seem to provide temporary relief, am hoping it provides permanent relief. Thank you to the poster of this video!!

    Hi, Ed, when I tried to do this there was a very odd burning pain when I got up in there with my fingers. What is that, if you know. I never experienced that feeling before.

    • @FrontRowwithEd
      @FrontRowwithEd  Před 10 měsíci

      Hello Nance, we have a bundle of nerves in that area which could account for the "burning pain" in that area. Try to move a bit off of that and see if it makes a difference.

    I can't put my right hand on the ground when I'm sleeping on the head. My left hand can smoothly be laid on the every level place but my righthand can't be laid below my head or under my head.

      you can do it up to three times a day if you find it’s helping. Just make sure that you don’t do it for very long each session. Good luck!

    Hello Doctor , I have been feeling uncomfortable pain around armpit area for 4 months ( which is after I have lifted up my 4 years old niece only with my right arm ) My neice is quite heavy tho . Since that day I starting feeling pain around my shoulder, especially under armpit. Now , I can even hold any objects with my right hand even it has slightly weight . I can't even lift 1.5 L water bottle up with my right hand . When I press the armpit and press some nerve with my thumb or fingers , I feel like I find trigger point in which I can feel my nerve soreness or sometimes I feel it very tight. Sometimes the pain went through from my entire shoulder to my fingers.I don't know if it is related to subscapularis :(( But, the only time I feel relief is after I am showering with cold water. Will this method be helpful Doc ?
