    Hi Ed. I appreciate all your videos especailly the ones for osteoporosis. I'm doing good on all you mentioned today. I was fortunate to have grown up with a mom that didn't buy junk food or cook from a box so I don't have a taste for it. Question ~ I recently heard of KoAct. Do you have any insights on this?

    Hello Ed, I say the bones are the foundation of the body so we must look after its condition, BMD and bone integrity. Have you heard about the potential of prune plums for increasing bone mass. They are full of phenolics. They seem like a good addition to a healthy diet. My good friend gave me diet advice, “ don’t eat anything with an ingredient list. “ I try to follow that and only eat Whole Foods. I have found that Kombucha has been very helpful. Have you read about “ bacterial cellulose “ which is only found in Kombucha. It has amazing biological properties and is directly accesible for human celular regeneration. There have been thousands of patent applications for bacterial cellulose for medical applications.

      @@FrontRowwithEd in the university report that I read they stated that the power of the phenolics in prune plums exceeded the nutritional requirements of humans. I take that to mean that they would be very beneficial. What do you think? They also have calcium and magnesium.
