OMG! This is an amazing technique with VERY BEAUTIFUL RESULTS!❤❤❤ I just finished my very first paper beads and was thinking about using a square mandrel to make long square-like beads and then I stumbled upon your tutorial. I love these especially because they are different from ordinary paper beads (you know the beads that are "obviously" paper beads?) and they truly look like porcelain.❤❤❤ Thank you so much for the tutorial and inspiration. I really like these and they would probably be more comfortable to wear than the round beads as a bracelet. I was wondering however, if you could use coffee stirrers for the inner beads and just cut them to size and glue together. They have a very small hole and actually that is what I thought you were using when I first saw them on your video. The only thing is they are plastic so you could not color the ends but you could dip them in matching acrylic paint and poke the holes back open with a cocktail stick. Does this sound reasonable or am I totally wrong? Thank you so much!!

I have seen tht you can buy a double hole paper roller on diff sites ... which I'm keen on getting ... but luv ur tutorials ur beads are beautiful 😀

I CAN’T MAKE A SINGLE HOLE YET!! If I need a larger quill pen or what. Haven’t got the hang of it.
hi Shirley, I think the size of the quill won't help, have you tried rolling tightly at the start, it usually helps. I have a video about it.

Why waist the nice paper on the inner beads?
Hi it’s not a waste, when you want the thickness on the nice paper on the other not nice paper you have to sacrifice to end up with a beautiful bead you see❤️
No, I mean why not make the inner bead (which is hidden anyway) from plain paper since the nice paper is on top of it?🙂

That was long & painful to watch. Why would you roll half way then take it off the bead roller & struggle to finish rolling it with your fingers ?
You do realize you can roll the entire bead from start to finish on the bead roller 🤔🤔
I am so sorry that it was painful for you to watch Lynn. Everybody has their own way of rolling papers beads. Above all as a paper bead roller, you must know that the end result is what matters no matter what you use to make the bead especially if the beads look that good 😊
