Give this intense 8 minute at home fat burning cardio workout a try! You get a FULL cardio workout without having to leave your house. The entire routine is bodyweight only so no equipment is needed. You will be sweating a ton and shredding body fat fast! There are 11 rounds of exercises in this workout. Exercise rounds 1-2 utilize intervals of 25 seconds of activity followed by 5 second rest. Exercise rounds 3-6 utilize intervals of 35 seconds of activity followed by 5 second rest. Exercise rounds 7-10 utilize intervals of 45 seconds of activity followed by 5 second rest. Then the final exercise round is a straight minute. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen. Increase your cardiovascular endurance and burn body fat right from home with this intense workout!

I usually go for a 2 mile run and honestly this got me more tired and made me sweat more.
I barely ever use cardio machines anymore because I've seen a lot more results with your bodyweight hiit cardio routines :)

*But do not take tension,just take 1-2 days break in your workout😇😇.*

for quad soreness id suggest a 10 min light cooldown on the bike right after your workout. as for glute and hamstring soreness i find the best thing is stretching after a workout.

Is it beneficial to do calisthenics every day? Or should you take a days rest in between? I mainly do push ups, your ab videos, and pull ups. I have been doing it for about 6 months and have gotten insane results so I’m kind of obsessed now. Was wondering if it would help even more to do it every day instead of every other day.
I don't recommend working out the same muscle groups daily. A general reference point is at least 24 hours of rest before repeating working out a muscle group to allow for proper recovery. You can workout daily though optimally by doing different muscle groups

Damnn.. I was complety out of breath and a super high heartrate after only 3 minutes!!! I complety sweaty and this makes me a bit worried.. I smoke en didnt do much cardio for 2 years, but my condition is really terrible i guess.. I’ll try workout every week 1 minute more to build up..
