Check the VIN. It starts with a J, which means manufactured and built in Japan.

If I’m not mistaken they have to be registered depending on what state. Correct me if I’m wrong. Cool review!

I’m looking at the zuma. I need 125cc around my area. Speed limits are low within city limits but it jumps to 35-45 and even 50 in some areas pretty quick outside the limits. That is a sweet scoot.

Same get motor and tranny as the ruckus. Reliable and dependable. You meet the nicest people on a Honda.

Except it is fuel injected versus carb on the Ruckus correct?

I sat on a Honda Giorno scooter last week and my knees were so high I couldn't steer. Bike is built for midgets! I would need to sit at the very back of the seat and have pegs off the floorboard. My arms are very long. Too bad, it's cheap and a good looking bike.

They are manufactured and built-in Japan as the Vehicle Identification number states. If the first letter of a vehicle's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is "J", the vehicle was manufactured in Japan. The first character of a VIN indicates the country of manufacture.
