In today's video, I'm doing just that - explaining everything step-by-step from start to finish. You wont believe how much did this project cost me...you gotta watch to find out! I had a plumbing company quote $500 to replace the shut-off valves in my bathroom vanity. For $22 and 1/2 hour of work, I did it myself. I'm nearly 70 years old. So glad to see a fellow DIYer. Good job!

Great Job! To make the install easier, you can also install the waterlines on the faucet B4 installing it.

Good job. I want to replace a synthetic material sink and vanity top with a porcelain one. The vanity is against 2 walls (back and left) and open to the right. The vanity is 30" wide, so it looks like I can use a 31" wide sink top. You have a nice presentation style. Thanks.

Hmmm, what's the difference between a brand new vanity top verses a free one if they have the exact same measurements? Also, define "the heck out" regarding, according to you, it's "devalue".
