Dr Martins also makes a product called dubbins which is like the clear shoe polish that works quite well
Kiwi polish is used widely by the military for creating a highly polished bulled finish due to its high content of bees wax than other brands

how to wear a Plaid ! !
That could be Viral
OH BTW, as usual, great video
That’s not a bad idea...
Beat me to the idea!
You still need to get your 'Plaid'.as part of your no 1 dress. Are you wearing shoes or boots underneath of your spats? Also, the military carry a knife down the right-hand side of the belt in a sheath.
I have one! I’ve actually worn it since the filming of this video.
As for shoes/boots, can’t imagine it matters as they’re not seen. But I’ll be wearing my ghillie brogues.
Leather has many factors,, its tanning process differs how to care for it.. veg tan is tree barks and a tougher leather that can only need a rub with a vegetable oil or water
Chrome are many mixes, salt, chemicals or even animal urine (smells when dampened)
A shine can be achieved by heat... raw leather I use an iron to sheen it or a buffing wheel with nothing on it... take a cloth and shine it like a shoe... the friction bonds it to a sheen , the polish is to prevent dry burn Mark's
Tokonole oil is best for burnishing the edges to a sheen and if its VERY exspensive horse (cordavan leather) the oils from inside will age beautiful on it's own for over 50 years
