I have commented before . People will always have there doubts ! I have had mine for over 20yrs poked and stroked etc etc and it always still amazes me , and many others . You get a custom suspension with wider stance and you can really let it rip with more control. I’m still waiting on that Hellcat vs Banshee 660ft race ! Gotta see that
I heard you speaking about your warped axle. Crazy things happen on a 100+hp trail bike. My 521 blew the front sprocket apart. My case saver broke my case from the impact lol. I want you to keep on enjoying that thing. Only use solid steel sprockets. I love your open land riding spot- perfect for a shee. As always great video sir. Man I need to make some videos.
hey brother that's one bad bansee!! I personally built one in 06!! she was a pure beast !! made 97rwhp on the dyno! I had the same axle problems ! I drilled out the axle and split the bearing retainers , added a grease fitting, and eliminated the heat problem in the axle! I went with the 15 tooth and ran a tall rear tire ! I could hold it wide open on the top side and she took it like a pro!! I also ran her on the 1/8 mile drag strip 6.90@115mph!! and on police radar I topped out at 152mph on a 1 mile run!! oh one more thing!! I had so much bottom end ... I always launched it in third gear @ almost wide open throttle!! ( in the dirt of course!! )if you haven't tried that yet .. you haven't felt the power of that beast yet!! it will allow you to go almost 200ft before you get fourth !! DAMMIT boy I wish I would have gotten video of mine! anyway #salute!! and let's see that 3rd gear launch! be safe , Josh aka TURBO
I dont mean to be an internet hater but Im really doubting 150+ mph. what tires where you running? you had to have deleted a lot of the bodywork? most 600cc sport bikes have about 125 hp and barely hit 160 mph with highly aerodynamic body work, less weight and far less rolling resistance. again, dont mean to talk shit but Im still a doubter

I had a 2006 limited edition Banshee from the last year you could buy them new. I put Toomey T6 pipes, K&N Pro Flo kit, bigger jets in carb, Delta Force Reed Cage, and a Pro Design Cool Head with 15cc domes. After doing all those upgrades I noticed a huge difference over the stock setup. I notice the bottom end came alive after all those upgrades and when you would take off there was no more hesitation until you hit the right rpm for power band. Hit the throttle and it launched like you were already in the power-band from a dead stop. I loved the bike and so sad I got rid of it. I can only imagine how his rides at 100hp! I never had mine on a dyno, but I can tell you that after my upgrades it felt like a rocket ship compared to when it was all stock.

Great machine. Love it. Old school Alba kit. For the hp you make please wear gear other than helmet; so you can enjoy it longer incase you lose it. Impressive 4th gear wheelie. Maybe suspension time. I could imagine it go faster if all 4 wheels stayed planted. If its a stock axle not suprised its bending. I was talking to a guy who raced RZ350s he said 20:1 is perfect mix for max hp
That's a nice machine brother I have a 2005 Yamaha Blaster going to put a new Sprocket in the front and in the back it's not going to be anywhere near your machine but I'm working on it the joy of the ride
