if you're not re-installing the same coils put a jack underneath the lower balljoint(with slight pressure to hold it still) and use a saw to cut a coil to release the tension then just pull it out.

I put a set of these MPRs on my Baja Turbo until I could find something better. People dissed these things, but they've been great for over two years (20K miles). Note: The threads will rust a bit so the anti-seize will help that.

as a tire tech id recommend going down at least one size we had many people coming in with wheels too big for the car which would be 20" max on e93s and they would need help squeezing them on the car and a couple months later would be back with destroyed rims that ended up ripping apart the fenders and everything inside the wheel wells including wiring etc. Which insurance didn't cover even the companies that sell you the wheels leave you high and dry due to negligence i know it looks cool n all but you'll be out a lot of money and worse if its your daily

Those tires we call "flex seal tires" so little sidewall it's like you sprayed wheels with a couples layers of flex seal and there you go instant tires...
